Good Morning to all on this cold frosty -6 freezing Norfolk.Im hoping today to get round most of you again,for the exception of the white pages.But if you see the post previous to Julia's woyww post theres alink to correct this .But you can only correct if yours is the one that it is happening to.Anyway yes it's Wednesday again and the 1st Feb!so time to peek at all the lovelieness on those craft desks all around the world so go stop bt Julia's blog to join in.

In the above picture the centre of my craft desk you will see im working on those book boxes that have been sat collecting dust.Along with those to bottom right is an altered matchbox you can see all deets in previous post.The piccy below is the push to the right of my desk...lol
Bag beads,distress inks & stains,scor- pal tape which i loveee so strong and easy to move once adhered.Some images from 2 weeks ago that i was using on my matchbox,not yet put away.

Thought i would just show you in the below photo that i am using my Stamp folder i made you can see all deets about 3posts down.So i found time to sort through some of my stamps.But CHA well Tim Holtz new releases have well kept me busy.OH hehas been busy designing.MY bank manager and hubby wont be pleased on the other hand ...tough ...i need those distress makrers,ideology,just acouple dies one being the matchbox,oh and of course anything that falls in the basket whilst shopping .Thats once they arrive in the shops i do believe he is on QVC on 21st Feb!!!! Cant wait for Vol 2 of Compendium of Curiosities to come my way either ....like a child in a sweetie shop.....

These are some bits hiding some dt projects which have finished and will see over the next coming weeks.
Hope your al well and been creating.Those not feeling too good improve during the week so many colds about and bugs.OH talking of bugs my daughter is still off last friday went for bloods have to go back at 10.30am to see dr had phone call ,some bloods need to be re done along with others as they arent happy with them.Do feel sorry for her and some how doubt if she will return to school this side of hlaf term as they break up on the 9th which week thurs i think

Altered Matchbox DT It's Crafting time

This week the DT members of It's Crafting Time where asked to create something using Newspaper.So i had this lovely big christmas match box i deceided to alter.I fist gave it a covering of Gesso.

Let the gesso dry naturaly,and i then added few coats of distress stains Vintage photo.

I lined the inside of the matchbox with newspaper which was also distressed.I then cut some images from the lovely Dezinaworld. I then distressd some SU white cardstock with distressinks and stamped TimHoltz sentiment with black arcvhival ink and stuck to the front of the matchbox stuck the first image onto the front and added Glossy Accesnts to his hat.For the old key i used Tim Holtz Altered Metal Alcohol inks technique

The bak i used an ideology ticket and grunge alphabet and distressed then added Glossy accents to enhance it.Added somemore ideology embellishments

For Your Eyes Only

Good Morning on this wet damp drizzly Norfolk!Today i have a tag to show you which i have done for Hel's Sunday Stampers which this week the theme is Eyes ,but also incorporated Simon Stamp &show challenge which this week id dong Title .My title is "For Your Eyes Only"james bond movie sung by i think Sheena Easton.

I have took the route of steampunk for my tag i have distressed the Tim holtz die cut tag with Gathered twigs and vintage photo.I have used a beautiful image from the lovely June's blog HERE.
I have added another of June's lovely images the face mask but added Tim Holtz pin so it looks like a hand mask with bow on.Added some wire netting,i have used the free stamp from a Craft Stamper mag to stamp the flower out on newspaper,cut out and added glossy accents and floral brad to centre.The Brads holding the netting are also Tim Holtz.The sentiment is computer generated.Thebow is papermania.

Hope you all have lovely day thanks so much for all the lovely comments on my altered gravy pot.Also the stamp folder i made from recycled hardboard they are much appreciated.

Good Morning all you lovely woywwers hope youve had a good week.Welcome to another woyww last Wednesday of January Where does time go!Girls wil be on half term soon!Anyway this where we all go around the world snooping at craftyness.If you'd like to join in pop by Julia's blog and join in the wednesday ritual.

Thankyou agaion for all the lovely kind messages youve sent Sophie and especially to Annie she was over the moon with the card and cute teddy ,never seen anythinglike that before.Still not well we are waitning on the bloods to come back hopefully today,so may be we shall no more,can't afored her too loose naymore weight as shes look thin ,and grey.Had the papers from the council and health board as they were informed straight away!Well new years not got of to great start as l;ast week and im still sorting out our bank are card was skimmed and lost alot of money.What annoys me is thr bank has told us they have gone into our account all hours of day and night various times took money out .They where a company apparently bet when looked into it registered at empty pizza resturant somewhere in London!!!!So im unsure wether we will get anything back!But just been a nightmare getting to call and change debit card /bank details .Thankgoodness bank did most of the transferring.So thats been my week.So nothing much done in the crafty area.Yesterday managed to start a tag for Hels Sunday stampers hoping i find time to complete ,and last weeks project still on the desk untouched!

Now i have to say got around most of you last week the ones who didnt get message just wouldnt let me leave one again so i expect that would be blogger playing up once again.

Above is the tag i started and afew charms and bits ready for going onto it.In the background last weeks project not much further forward.

Below is my Tim Holtz case i am trying to fill and get organized this is on the floor to the right of me.I shall try and get round you just hope blogger isnt having one of those days he seems to be having far too many lately!

Good Morning and welcome to another woyww yep....Wednesday again and boy are these weeks going fast.since christmas time just seems to be flying by!So if you wanna join in with the weekly Ritual of the tour of craftyness to see what everyone's been upto and of course the state theyve left their desks pop on by Julia's blog.

Before we get onto my desk which isnt that inviting today i will update you on my Eldest daughter.As you know has not been well now since Dec27th.Well she's still not well im afraid to say took her back to drs for check up on Monday and now this infection has now spread from originally in her bowel ,then kidney now into her muscles.So it's not good ive got to take her on friday morning to have another blood screen.As this infection if it has gone into her bloodstream may end up in Hospital.In the mean time she's on another anti-biotic a stronger one.(If this dont work i think they will take her in for IV antibiotics)So just waiting game as she wastes away she's lost so much weight as few weeks now since this happened .Thankyou for all the lovely messages ,cards people have sent i and Sophie do appreciate them very much!

Now onto my desk the top piccy shows centre of my desk i have got round to playing with my Studio940 art parts ,Not got too far as yet as ive completed my stamp folder and altered gravy pot i know alot of you wanted to see.They are coming up.Some flowers i got as birthday present that arrived yesterday,also yesterday got another B'day prezzies which is a fantastic Tim Holtz conficurations tray ...ohh my expression when i opened it must have been of excitment ,as Sophie turned and said omg not another Tim Holtz thingy!!!how many do you need...lol.

This above piccy is the pile of bits stacked ready to use on this next project .Printed sheets of some Steampunk images.few clock parts and my 2 altered books sadly to say have not got any further than last weeks peek.
Now below is a file i have made from recycle cardbaord and made into a stamping folder to hold more of my stamps .More piccys and deets HERE

Altered Gravy Pot

Altered Gravy Pot From This to....

Good morning another -5 frosty cold morning sorry i didnt get chance to upload yesterday.So here's the altered gravy pot.This is a swap im hosting alter something from your kitchen cupboard.Now alot of you kept asking how do you get rid of the smell.Well first wash it out this is cardboard pot, dry and then i add a lavendar bag into the pot cover and leave for few days and bingo hey presto no gravy smells!
I first covered the pot with Bo bunny "EtCetera Collection" distressed and stamped some sentiments randomly Artistic Stamper meaning of create.pl;us a couple from Timholtz.

Then i added this gorgeous bit of ribbon with beading work around the top.Ive had this in my crafty stash for while you know the feely touchy lushy one that you dont realy want to use...lol.

I found this beautiful image in my stash that i coated in crackle paint and left to dry for few days .Whilst i got on with the altered domino.which you will see further down in one of the piccies.Once crackle paint had dried i wanted lots on so did take some time you can help along with heat gun but wasnt in a rush so let it crack and dry by it self.I then rubbed down with dry baby wipe and added vintage photo distress inks ontop so the ink went into the cracks.
Hopefully close up in piccy below..(.you may have to click on it to enlarge and see better closeup)
I added tissue tape to cover up the seam of the paper where it over lapped and then added small vellum butterflies punched out with wee pearl on running down the tape

I added various embellishments around the pot ,from tags ,butterflies to charms and few extra pearls onto the ribbon around the top .

The wording DREAM i added glossy accents to to give abit of dimension.

The pot it self is stood on a round wooden piece of board whihc i sanded and then distressed with distress stain vintage photo and the glue guned it onto the base.
Well i hope you like the end result of my recycled altered art gravy pot.Before you throw anything away just take alook and see wether you can alter it!You will be surprised .This is now going off to my swap partner for her to hold her tools,pens ect on her craft desk so do hope she likes it!

I am entering this into januarys challenge over at the Artistic Stamper:Vintage theme.

Dt Post for It's Crafting Time..Recycled Stamping Folder

Good Morning Monday sure is a cold frosty one here in Norfolk.Today is my first creation for Dt post over at It's Crafting Time.This week is a sketch made by the lovely Pina.I have used the sketch and rotated it for the fornt of my creation.Which is another folder to keep my Tim Holtz ,Crafty Individual stamps in. Now i have created this as many of you who know me i hate throwing anything out .So i have used some hardboard from the large envelopes someone sent me .
I have cut to the size that i required leaving little index corner at the top of both pieces .I have added 3 holes with my Big bite as i will be holding this together with jump rings.
After cutting out i then sanded all edges down so they were all smooth.I have used papers from my stash for the front im unsure who these gorgeous papers our from.Ive had them in my crafty stash for sometime you know the ones we lush about rather than use..lol.For the back and inside ive used Bo-bunny "EtCetera Collection"I have used scor pal tape to stick down all papers as i adore this stuff and sure it wont come off at anytime.As this will be a well used folder once completed.

I then distressed all edges using Ranger Distress Inks.
In vintage photo,Gathered Twigs.I added the lace to the hession and fixed that to the front cover .(Do this before adding decorative paper to inside as this way covers the edgingup).
I then distressed my die cut and small doilie using the inks as above.For the Title i used Grunge board letters .(from the seasonal set.)
Inked those using the same distress inks then added Inkssentials Glossy Accents to the letters,let those dry naturaly.I then went onto make the lace flower cut a strip of lace depending on length depends one the size of the flower you want to end up with.For this i only wanted a small one .Along the top of the lace use a running stitch pulling slingtly as you go so it starts to ruffle.Then when you get to the desired shape finish off by sewing the middle of the flower together.I have then distressed a wooden Button in vintage photo ink.
I have added this to the center of the lace flower with a length of twine.

Once the letters are dry i then Distressed some scrabble tiles with Gathered Twigs Distress ink
I cut some corragated card and distressed that the same but then added Tattered Angel Glimmer mist Latte to give a bit of a glimmer to.
Now i stuck the letters down to the card except the "S" at the beginning and end these i stuck onto the tiles to get some dimmension.To finish off i added pearls from my stash in cream and brown.The top i added beautiful metal lock which i wanted to age abit so i followed Tim Holtz altered metal wth paint technique which i use alot.I used Arondack snow cap dabber
applied directly over the metal charm in all the wee edges ,before the paint dries simply wipe excess off with a cloth,until the desired look you want appears .I then added some distress ink vintage photo on top in some areas to get the finished oldy look.

For the inside cover i distressed round the edges using the smae 2 inks.Then i used distress stain in Walnut and splatted randomly on the page to get the desired effect i wanted .This is the inside front cover whihc will be the index.The letters are grunge and covered in distressed vintage photo ink,once dried wither with heat gun or left i added glossy Accents.

for the back cover same as the inside except this time i added some stamped sentiments from Artistic Stamper in distress inks Gathered Twigs from the Autumn seasonal set.

I then added a quote from the bo -bunny paper set i used and distressed edges ,then added glossy accents to the wording .Leave to set.You can if you want to add fibers or ribbons to the jump rings but i like mine left plain on this occassion.

Then you can either fill with plastic sheets to hold your stamps or just use the card they come on.I had some Tim Holtz sleeves left so thats what ive used .I am entering this into this weeks Simon Says Stamp & Show : Anything but a card.

I hope you like my recycled folder for stamps ,i actual fact you could make a folder like this to hold your metal dies instead of plastic sheets use magnetic.

Late Birthday Present

Morning all just quick one as still attending to poorly daughter found out yesterday she has High strain of the infection Campylobacteriosis .........lovley.So just carry on but having to push fluids as i can see her ending up in hospital at this rate.Anyway stole few mins to come and show you something that made my day!!!!..lol Just had to show you what arrived in the post from my friend in America!So lush i just love Wenddi's Art Parts.Im lushing over all her new releases that she's show casing at the moment.

But how excited was i when i opened the parcel which i have to say only took 3 dyas YES 3 Days !!from USA how about that for service better than royal mail...lol

I shall let you drool too.

Just need to find time to play maybe at weekend if not too shattered when rest family home can go sneak into craftroom...lol

Have fab day looks very snowy sky here think snow on it's way next week can feel air getting colder and feel snow in my bones...lolusually right too!!!!

Woyww ....Candy Results

Good Morning Woywwers yes flying by it is Wednesday and another day when all us addicts travel around the world to view all the lovely crafty desks.To see what everyone's upto.Thanks to the lovely Julia the brains behind this Wednesday Morning Ritual so pop over to the Stamping Ground and join in.

First of all i would just like to say big Thankyou for all my lovely Birthday Messages left l;ast Wednesday and also on friday when i turned 21again..lol it was so lovely made my day!im easy pleased.Also thanks so much for all the well wishes you sent my eldest daughter she is still poorly and the DR/GP is ringing everyday.which have to say makes a change !The results came back and she has got Salmonella Poisoning which is also affecting her Kidneys.So we are now on 3rd antibiotic,anti sickness pills plus pain killers.She is getting very down as shes not been out since 27th Dec when this hit her.she's nearly takeing as many pills as me daily.Keep making her smile saying gotta get you a medicine pot!What does really annoy me is the school are on my back first time shes been off they sending letters ringing me asking that we keep all drs appointment cards obviously to prove shes been to see them.So ive now going to send her back with all the empty pill packets and date them in letter .They soon get fed up as were up to 9 at the moment.Well will she be back monday i was asked yeaterday,so i just said how longs a piece of string !

So thats everything up to date oh my mojo returned on Monday not to the usual get up and craft but im trying to find sometime daily to craft where i can.

Well this is my desk this morning and the large tub is the gravy pot you may have seen on my desk last wednesday ready to be altered ,couple of books i have also started on altering never finished.

This piccy is to the left of my work desk and under that 12x12 is a DT project that i cant show until next week .But i have altered something to make a folder for my stamps.Thats all im saying...lol .The wee pinky wheel got free with homemaker mag and it is to make flowers with as you can see last night had wee play,but didnt get completed.

This is where everything gets pushed to the right of the desk...lol
My distressing tools which havent been put awayone of the altered books im finishing and a wooden round whihc ive just added distress stain onto and is drying for next project.

Thats my desk this week i will add photo of the gray pot as ive nearly finished altering it .so hopefully will upload later today.

Woyww 135....Our First Woyww for 2012

Welcome to the first Woyww of 2012.Here's Wishing You all a Very Happy,Healthy,Creative New Year.Now first woyww of 2012 how exciting wonder what this year has in store for us?and wether it will go as fast as 2011...Who knows ehat i do know it's the Wednesday ritual of traveling around the world to visit other crafters alike see what theyve been upto.So if you would like to join in with this fun wednesday addiction pop over to the Boss and take part.Before i show you what's going on in my workspace just quick reminder if you havent entered my Candy be quick only 3 days left so check it out Here.Yes thats when i turn 21 again!oh my another grey hair..lol.Hopefully it will be a nice day all bestest peeps born in jan im day before Sir Tim Holtz hows that....lol

Anyways enough of birthdays and age we havent got off to great start this year already.My eldest fell ill last wedensday and well had emergency dr in New years day as she just couldnt keep anything in some bug or food poidoning unsure which but no vomiting and i re member when i had salmonella boy did i throw up!He wasnt much help except told her she had bug gave dyoralite well im sure most of you know the taste is ransid.Then the biggie starve for another 4 days .poor girl nothing on her anyway.Today wasnt happy with her so took to see our dr tonight explained everything .Well shes dehyrated whichwe new of course .Now she has servere pain round her back and left side whihc today been told the infection she has had has now travelled to her kidneys due to dehydration.So apart from being in pain ,on the toilet,not eating poor things has had fab new year!At one point my youngest daughter went in to living room to see her sister then i heard almightly scream .Ran in and sophie was laid on settee my youngest chloe thoought she was dead so pinched her when she had no reaction started slapping her face!!!poor thing but she does look ghastly but we did laugh about it after ,at least she cared as usually at each others throat!So thats my start to new year apart from that we are fine...lol

Now my desk well yes bit state this is whats on the center of my crafting a tesco gravy grannules pot im just starting to alter .As my mojo seemed to joi Hels and go on it's hols for while.But hoping it is back now to stay.

To the right of my desk this is where i push stuff and pile is my scor pal tape whihc i just loveeee,Empty ribbon reel ready for altering .Also acouple books i sm going to alter and post it nore box.Nothing much exciting .Mind did get my prize from Neil thanks so much my battery died before i could photograph them so i shall do that for next week. Lastly i wanted to show you this beautiful altered Jar that i was given by my good friend June when i was home.Couldnt take better piccy as battery died in camera.Must make note to myself to re charge camera before wednesday..lol
Absolutely stunning photo doesnt do justice.Anyway enough rambling from me .

Welcome to woyww 134...Where has the time gone we arrived back from Dad's last night after a wonderful christmas.Ive just lost all track of days couldnt beleive it was wednesday!All these bank holidays added on for crimbo and boxing day .Well have left me all in a cufuffle.Im here and yes wedensday means a trip around the crafty desks of the world .If you have no idea what i mean pop by Julias' blog and find out!
Well i hope you all had a wonderful Christmas wether it be with family ,friends or on your own.Do hope santa was very good and gave you some lovely gifts.Oh my hubby did me proud as you will see below my hints paid off ...lol yes he bought me the set of Tim Holtz cases .as well as designer handbag.Think first year my hints have paid off..lol.Maybe i should start hinting now for my birthday week friday 6th...lol

I also got more crafty stuff but as yet not unpacked it .Heres couple of things creativity mag jan 2012,and lovely set Anna Griffin stamps ,and this beautiful book sew easy on papercrafts.whihc has some fab altering projects in.So watch this space well once unpacked and sorted.

Thats about it craft desk still neat clear for new start in new year .Nothing on it since last weeks woyww.But i still have lovely CANDY on offer until 6th Jan so CHECK OUT HERE.

Well can't believe it is Wednesday already let alone the last one before Christmas .Where has the time gone?So time to get on the sleigh and travel around the world to see what all these lovely crafters have been upto since last week.So first hop on the sleigh and off you fly to Julia's Blog the Boss of this wonderful Trip

This is my desk this week exactly the same as last week hu!I have cleaned away after i finished my first ever ...wait for it Configuration box yes i actually did one last weekend .You can see it Here .Love to know what you think?

I have now all my prezzies wrapped, still gotta get couple on friday.But all done packed away ready to go to dad's on thursday!Aint i a good girl...lol.No crafting for next couple days prob till after christmas is over. But today is baking day .I have this beautiful receipe for scrummy Snickerdoodles ...cookies,and then some melting moments ,and my daughter will be baking as she promised her grandad a choco cake!So today the kitchen will be busy hopefully but one thing not good my oven making funny noise .Which aint good...lol so fingers crossed nothing serious gonna happen in that dept.Thats all i need before crimbo.I do have a friend with me today well every time i craft he's by my side under the table and today is no exception...."Bobbie"He lays on floor at my feet!My faith ful friend!

Oh one last thing i have some birthday ~Candy ~ on the go .As it's my birthday soon on 6th Jan when i will be another year younger.....ah well one can dream can't one...lol.

Plus after christmas just think you may be in for a belated christmas present.....As after all the hype it does seem to be quiet afterwards.Although seemed quiet yesterday we Went to tesco just to pick some bits up to take with us and for when we get back.I couldnt believe how quiet the shop was ,i tell you there was more food reduced due to not selling by due date than customers in shop.Well wasn't surprised think theyd all gone to Aldi! Mind i do love to shop there .The only thing i hate is you get to tills long que and only if your lucky i mean lucky ..lol 2 tills open!I do honestly think alot of people are cutting back this year and watching the pennies.....
Well i want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas may you have awonderful time .

Birthday Candy Giverway Ends Jan 6th 2012

Good morning hope your all well and keeping warm in this rotten cold weather.Well i had visit from the birthday Elves and they delivered well huge crafty giverway to Celebtrate me getting older..lol.Yes my birthday candy.Now im not giving much away except theres 2 winners :

Simon Says Stamp and Show ....Oh Christmas

Good Morning from a very dark drab and snowy Norfolk.I have been busy doing a configuration box to add to my display on my window sill.But i got the idea from this weeks cchallenge over at Simons Days Stamp and Show the them is to show some Projects with Depth.So if you fancy joining you have 2 days left before closing. Also entering it into this months challenge over at the Artistic Stamper the theme is Christmas .

ABC Christmas Challenge :Anything Goes Christmas .Ive had soo much trouble getting good photos so dark this morning.But here goes i hope you like my creation.
The papers ive used are from Graphic 45 ,Tim Holtz Configuration box,Grunge ideology seasonal shapes the lamp,ideology glass bottle,and TimHoltz tissue tape.Antique linen Distress inks.Flower soft White snow,flowers from my stash as well as the ornaments santa,mrs santa and sleigh.Corners and snowflake from Funkie Junkie ESTY Shop.

Ilined the box with the graphic 45 papers then added tissue tape .I used Antique line D/Inks all over the edges.Added flower soft snow to the bottom of the configuration compartments.
I used bottle cap and added a wee stamped image then glossy accents ontop.In the corner is an altered domino with beautiful image from Denziworld then added small gems around the edges.
The light ive used black soot d/I and then for the light it self i have used Stampendous Glitzy glitter Tigerlily, The walls on one is stamped sentiment naughty or nice in d/inks antique linen on opposite wall is a embellishment from bo -bunny.
The compartment on the left has Mrs Claus in with a wee arrangement ive made form Tim Holtz greenery die and small wooden spool added pearl pin which ive made so looks like a wee floral arrangement Large gem star to the side . Top left is the metalic filigree star ,small ideology bottle full of snow.The Noel hanging is from my stash think i originally purchased last year at card shop,but never used.You can also see the ceramic wreath hanging from the mail compartment. Thats also from my Crimbo crafty stash last years!The reinderr ive inked with distress inks and added wee holly charm around it's neck.

The flowers i have arranged are from my stock Prima &
Wild orchard crafts,Lastly i added string of pearls to main compartment to make it look like a fence .
Well i hope you like my christmas creation which once dry will go on my window sill with the others i posted on wednesday.

Good Morning Wednesday anf yes it's come round so quick this week that it's scary how fast December is actually going.Anyways time for peek at all those lovely craft desks around the world.If you would like to join in pop over and see our very own Boss Julia so pop over to her blog Here and join in the fun!

Well girls this is a long post so grab coffee our we sitting comfortably then i shall begin to tell you the desk is CLEAR!!!!Yep you heard right as i have finished Tim's 12 tags .So now i am cleaning up well actually think the Elf helped.So below piccy was state of paly this moring

Oh to right of my work station where i just push and pile well still needs a tidy up.

But not much !

Now these are my crimbo decorations on my window sill and front window of the house .My wee display which all light up.

Now as promised piccys of Eleveden Forest where we go and get our real tree.This year we had trouble as the guy had said due to lack of rain in East Anglia the trees had suffered .Anyways after hunt in the cold we found the one they wanted...about time i was frozen stiff..lol

Now this one is ours below piccy.It was the dogs first time as he is only apuppy!!!Yes he's just 1year old so that tells you what size they grow to.Her name was "Misty"gorgeous!

Daughter giving misty goodgye cuddle as we had arrived and it was her turn to go back and get someone elses tree to carry.All this is done for charity and last year they made huge amounts for the hospices.

This one is 4yrs old and still growning just to show you the size.The piccies i rezied to email instead web,,,durrrh so sorry for size.!

Then here it is all decorated and home!

So after horrible week since i spoke to you last wednesday.Hope fully things are looking up fingers crossed and i wont count my chicken too soon.

Have lovely week not long left to do the shopping .Im not at all ready or even a wee bit excited .I think everything that went on last week in life certainly put downer on.Once gorsl finish school friday we hopefully get in the mood!

Tims 12 Tags For Christmas Tag 12....Last one for 2011

This is the final tag of Tim Holtz 12 Tags for Christmas so sad it is finished .However ive learnt some fab new techniques and love this one.Now with this tag i have improvised again my wee white ideology doll just didnt look right so have used an image.Secondly i hadnt got any of Tim's tissue paper .So for the that i made my own i used normal white tissue paper stamped with Archival black ink.Silent Night stamp which im sure was from Magnolia one some years ago.I followed Tims Tag Technique for day 12 just the same Here. I have to say even though i used my own tissue it came out just the same !So you can improvise and get inspired!

Added the alphabet letters from the grunge seasonal pack used inka gold on Rubbed in to get that wee sparkle.Tim holtz rossette die and the wee snowflake and beautiful charms in the corner where from Funkie Junkie's esty shop HERE.Added cream lace ,with pearls adhered to and wee cream bow!

I have totaly enjoyed creating and being inspired by the 12 tags this year and well roll on next year will be my 6th Year!

Day 10 ...Tag 10 Tim's 12 Tags for Christmas.

Gosh time is going fast i forgot to upl;oad my day 10 tag .So here it s the only thing improvised is the beautiful flower which is gorgeous thanks to Linda at the Funkie Junkie.Also i have used Tissue tape to use my banner and stamped "Believe" in black archival ink .The Stamp is silent night that i used for backgeound.The beautiful Holly Bird is new this christmas from Stampin up Seasonal set ,i ve used the new seasonal distress inks for that one.Everything else all the techniques you can find HERE on Tim's Blog.

Hope youve all had good weekend well i have one more tag to make and another to photograph and thats it !Yes 12 days goes so fast when your having fun!

My Take on Tims Tag 8

Good Morning hope your all well,and those of you living up there in Scotland do hope your safe and haven't had much damaged caused to property from those high gales.Would love some snow mind.

Well i managed to finish my tag last night after avery stressful time yesterday.But shall go into that another day.Then i did get abig surprise that cheeered me up know end my winning Candy arrived from the Craft Barn thanks to everyone there still looking through the box!

I managed to get Tim's day 8 tag done isnt time flying buy only few tags left.

So my tag 8,you can check out the techniques used Here on Tims Blog

You will see i have improvised by using a Metal wording charm Joy.Also the men i have used different ones. Wow who would have thought Steampunk and christmas would go together.I certainly wouldnt have put them together before this.So Tim's Tag has inspired me to go out of my comfort zone!

I would like to enter this into Simon Says Stamp & Show .This week is show some element of Time.

Thursday Tim'S Tags 6 &7

Well im hoping this is uploading as it was planned to uploade wednesday @12.01am.So second time lucky and thought i nay as wekk add wednesday tag 7 also .Have to say this technique and tag is mt fav.So all inspiration taken from Tims tag found HERE

This is my creation from the inspiration of his tag everything is the same except:

holly ,i used my gassilin papers for the greenery die cut ,i aded oddments of grunge board and made twigs as i havent got that die.I have alos added reindeer charm to center of the hollyarrangemnet.The sentiment is stampin up this years christmas release.

Here done smae technique to Tim but also used on edges of grenery and twigs.

I think this has to be my favup to know dajarvo maybe do i say this everytime a createatag...this i adore.Hope you do to.

Tag 7

this tag i used all the same techniques as Tim but hadnt got that embossing folder everyone but that.So i used my large crimbo tree and used the dabbers in blue pink,&white.

Woyww 131....Oh My Where's The Time Going! And CANDY WINNER

Well wheres the time going to girlies.oh my ive just realised the girls break up week Thursday fron christmas .Bells aringing time to get move on ,just not enough hours in the day just like not enough fingers on your hands to get all sorted.Once again we begin the wednesday ritual of peeking at crafty desk.So you wnana be a part and join in this mad crazy ,addictive wednesday morning ritual then pop by to see what the boss Julia's up to all detes are on there!

Well have you guessed what's on my desk this week well was there last week but forgot to show you all.Love it couple down falls dont fit ,my metal birdgages in not even 2.or 3.or 4 or 5 zero.so not happy with that one .But never mind takes most of my trinkets,charms ,ideology.But i still have 2 draw box full of them ....girl can never have too many trinkets believe me!

My desk nothing much going on finished tag 6 was going to upload tonight but thought just do this one first .So lots going on this is thre push pile to the right of my desk.See my roll scorpal tape whihc came from usa this week ,just love that stuff!Underneath that roll are my tags cut and ready for the last 6 tags half way through already doesnt seem possible time sure is flying.

Left of me coffee cup daughters hairbrush ...lovely not obviously nearest dumoing ground my desk..lol.Couple of boxes ready to alter choco box and cigar box so looking forward to that.

Well this is my take ans inspiration gathered from Tag 5 Here .

I have used Ranger inks Red pepper,Also Tim holts Rossette Die and the greenery die.Pearls are Kaiser Craft .The Pearl button in the center of my Rossette has been in my stash for some while.
The stamps ive used both Stampin up French filligre and Merry christmas.

Tims 12 Tags For Christmas Tag 3 and 4

Tag 4

Well tim never fails to impress and inspire.I have used all the techniques shoen here.

Except i used the die cuts from the grungeboard seasonal set.Along with the number's 25 and just added old script paper and glossy accents on top.Frosty's hat was same technique but with gathered twigs Distress inks.Hope you like my take on tag 4 from Tim's inspiration!

Thia ia my tag inspired by Tim's Tag 3 Here

I have used the craft tag,but havent used embossing file or Tim's stamps.I have used various stamps from Chriatmas sets of Stampin Up!The colours ive used are :Festive Berries,

Pine Needles,Gathered Twigs,and Archival inks Black and Plum.The holly ive fixed to gether with floristry wire ad have added glamour dust to the edges to look like snow.

It just shows you dont have to always have Tim's items he uses.Just take the inspiration from his tag Create inspire and go with the flow.

Tag 2 Day 2 Tim Holtz's 12 Tags For Christmas

My Creation Tag 2 Day 2

Good Morning Friday on this cold frosty -3 day in Norfolk ...brrhhh.

Anyways striaght onto tag 2 today and well Mr T has done it again and inspired us to take up the challenge.I think this is my 4th year and every year i loveee the challenge.So now for tag 2 go take alook HERE
The only difference between items Tim's used and mine are:
I have used Kraft Paper on the tag.Stamped 2 images both from stampin up stamps black ink.Plus the reindeer is grundge board this years seasonal alphas and digiys,Elements.I have then stuck canvass paper onto the reindeer exactly as his.Except i have added the distress ink Gethered Twigs to the reindeers antlers.I Have added also a grundge button distressed in green with red fibers which is extra to his .The rest of the items i have used are the same as Tim Holtz's tag.
Bar the die cut i just cut grunge board myself into apattern.
So there you go hope you like the inspiration ive taken from tims tag to make it my own.So you see you can improvise you dont need everything.As ive not got all the new dies or edge days but there's way round that!
Well i honestly didnt think id get this started never mind finished.As yesterday once is uploaded my first tag all hell let looose.My daughter was threatedned at school had to go all the way over there 12 miles her school is from home.Then wed just got home my dad rings to let me know mum was rushed into resus at home whihc is up north.So all in all im hoping im going to have aless stressful day but wont hold my breath.
I hopefully al;l beingwell see you back tomorrow,maybe awee bit later as have to pop out in the morning .But it will be completed come rain or shine neer missed one yet..lol

Well it's here 1st December and it only means one thing.Tim Holtz 12 Tags for Christmas.

So if you want to join in with your take on todays tag and the other 11 days go Here. So this is my take on todays tag.I do hope you like it!

You will see Tim Holtz

& i are not Glitter fans so used Rangers Silver Stickles.I also used the Cuttlebug embossing folder snowflakes.As yet have not got the dies pine cone or noel.So i used grunge alphabet letterscoated in Ranger silver stickles,and normal flowers from my stock died with gethered twigs .
Hope to see you back here tomorrow for day 2.
Now off to clear up the mess ready for tomorrow

Funkie Junkie 12 Tags For Christmas Tag 12!!

Well by george ive done it!!!Yep can you tell im pleased with myself...lol. The 12 Tags for Christmas that Linda was doing over at the Funkie Junkie.Well i have completed the last one this afternoon and so chuffed!
I've taken my inspiration from Linda's colour scheme keeping it gold/cream.I distressed the tag first of with frayed burlap &antique linen,Then i stamped faintly the beautiful image from one of my La Blanche stamps.I used Tim Holtz die tag,Birdgcage and the new christmas festive greenery die,rossettes die.I embopssed the birdcage with stampin up gold embossing powder .Added some cream vintage lace ,and found these beautiful string pearls.Added to the bottom and also to the center of the rossette. Used kaiser craft pearls for the mistletoe.I then got the t/holtz ticket die and distressed using same colours as the main tag,and embossed using the gold.The stamp is from stampin up also.The pin i made some time ago from odd beads i had collected.To finish it off sprayed the tag all over with perfect pearls "Biscotti"to c reate the dazzle bling effect.

The only trouble i had was trying to take a decent photo so dark and the gold kept coming up drab.so had to stand by my french doors in the end in my craftroom to get half decent piccy.
Thats me finished until i hope Linda does it again next year,hopefully more people will get to know and join in.So what now you ask well i am all armed ready for Sir Timmie tomorrow for the start of his 12 tags for christmas so do pop by .Can't say my tags will be as good a creation as his ,but worth alaugh..lol

By the time you read this it will be wednesday.As im uploading Tuesday eve as i will be at the Drs tomorrow with my Daughter who has been poorly with Tonsilitis ,chest infection which has brought her asthma on .Oh how i hate the cold miserable weather.Anyways one way to get out and about is to travel the world with our weekely ritual of woyww where we all get to peek at all the lovely crafty desks.See what peeps have been upto this week.So if you want to find out more pop by the Boss Ms Dunnit's blog Here
Well i can't believe how fast time is going and we are nearly there yes 1 more day until Tim's 12 tags are you ready?Well i thought today after finishing a tag Which you can see Here,I would cut my tags and some die cuts at the ready .So thats whats on my desk this week.Along with the beautiful tag i received from Hels which i won from the Artistic stamper Blog.It is absolutely stunning thanks Hels even more so in the flesh,and just to say over the moon with your good news can't wait to see you on the 6th!!Congrats girl you so deserve it!

So are you all getting into the festive season?We sure are or the girlies are anyway.Yes we are going up to Elveden Forest on Sunday to pick our tree and get the huge new foundland dogs to bring it back to the car.They do this every year for charity they have wee cart and pull the cart and tree to your car .I will get some piccies and post next week to show you.Ive just got 3 prezzies to go,& the rest bought wrapped and ready for delivery.Hidden away,now i just have to write my crimbo cards thats chore in it self you spend time making them then you have to write em...lol.Mind i did nearly faint when i went to post office to buy stamps .Some of my cards due to content on the front will go Large letter boy is that not cheap .So next year might just be plain simple,less is more so to speak!

Well ive been naughty and spending just alittle.I treated myself this week to the lovely Tim Holtz Trinket case .So excited when it arrived the next day that im still filling it.But was disappointed that i couldnt fit the wee bird cages into it.They are too high even on bottom shelf.Apart from that it holds loads and so neat.but still have loads left over so will still keep my wee chest i made.See charms ,trinkets are my downfall !Just now leaving big hints for the bigger case to hold my stains and D/inks.....im hoping ..lol.Well i shall clear up my desk before retiring to bed....

Santa Tag i have no chimmney

Well good day Tuesday from Windy very Windy Norfolk indeedie.Today i have another tag for you which i have done using one of Crafty Individuals pre printed Christmas tags which are lush!I have first made an ATC by using d/Inks Barn Door and Festive Berries ,Then stamped and embossed the image using olive green embossing powder.I added a star gem to one of the stars.I then fixed this to the pre printed tag .added die cut Glitter tree ,also chipboard pine cone which found in last years stash.And one of the flower buttons.I then got the idea and distressed Tim holtz ticket die in the same colours as used on the tag.Wrote the message .Dear Santa ,i have no chimmney so here's my key! added a gold metal key.I got the idea from my friends little boy as he was so concerned that they didnt have a chimmney how would santa get in?Well jude to the rescue as i had got asilver large metal key with santa's face on.Gave it to him and said dont worry hang this outside your house it's a magic key he will be able to get in and deliver your gifts that 's if youve been good!..lolLuckily i had afew of these keys left from my online shop ,and his face will be a picture i will remeber for long while.

Tags,Tags,Tags Challenge 12 Funkie Junkie Tag11,Simon says Stamp and Show and Sunday Stampers

Good Morning Monday on this fodgie damp morning.Today i have some tags to show you.Yes i have finaly caught up with the Funkie Junkie Challenge 12 Tags for Christmas here is my Tag11.

I was inspired by Linda's tag and thought about time i got my masks out after seeing her beautiful creation Here.So iused Tim Holtz tag Movers and shapers die.Then masked santa also from Tim Holtz sheet.Distressed all over with Gathered Twigs distress ink and also picket fence stain.I then filled the masked area with ranger stickles rock candy.Then added some Prima flowers and Roses sprayed those with tattered angels glimmer mist "Pearl".Ribbon os Papermainia gold with burgundy Happy Christmas on .Then i stamped Naughty or nice stamp whihc i got as freebie from a magazine can't remeber which mag.But the set of stamps which are all sentiments ive used so much this christmas.I have stamped in D/I Gathered twigs.Made atag out of corragated card sprayed with glimmer mist pearl again fixed underneath the flowers.The small wee gold metal charms in the corners are from Linda's ESTY Shop HERE .Worth alook as she has a sale on until end November.Ithen added the Tim Holtz charm Jingle to the ribbon at the top of my tag.Thats my tag 11 can't believe it's nearly all over .Thanks Linda for all the inspiration and challenging my creativeness.

Now onto tag 2 which is for a Novembers tag swap.But also im entering it into this weeks Simon Says Stamp and Show as the theme is Tickets.You have to show tickets on your

creation.I have used again the T/Holtz tag die covered in the lush Distress ink"Festive Berries"I then used a snowflake stamp and inked with Picket fence stain ,stamped randomly over the tag.Let dry then i fixed my T/Holtz birdcage die with a SU vinatge brad to the tag.I have used distress inks on the cage .I then coloured the bird with copics and added red stickles to his breast to look like robin.Flowers are prima the leaf from my stash i sprayed with Tattered angel glimmer spray "Pearl"I then cut a tag from my T/H die and stamped merry christmas in Festive berries distress ink. The brown and red pearls are from Kaiser kraft.

This fianl tag for today i am entering into Hels Challenge The Sunday Stampers .

This weeks theme is "Snowmen".So i have used distress stains faded Jeans and picket fence
to cover the tag (which again is t/Holtz die)Masked the snowman which is from the sheet by Tim Holtz .Stamped the snowflake stamp randomly over the tag in Picket fence stain.Sprayed with tattered Angels Glimmer mist "Pearl"Left the tag to dry.Then got the spray of holly and berries wraped in white lace and fixed to the tag this sprig i think was from prima last year.I added ideology christmas chain and token ehihc has "J" for Jingle.At the bottom left hand corner added a glass fragment to one snowflake whihc i embossed.Unfortunately photo doesnt show that up to well

So there you have it for today.Iam busy making gift boxes and decorating jars to hold sweets/candy for my daughters friends for christmas .So i shall say toodle peeps have a great Monday

Challenge 12 Tags Funkie Junkie Style Tags 5,6, and 9

I have at last caught up and infact starting Tag 11 today.Yippeee.So here are the last of the tags that i had fallen behind with.

Tag 5

Linda's tag for week 5 was beautiful check it out here.I took my inspiration from the Black she had used.dont often use black on atag very rarely.

So i started by using Tim Holtz Tag die.I then had some scrap paper from last year that i covered the tag withI then distressed the tag with D/Inks the winter set and alsogathered twigs.Stamped images from Stampin up in Tea dye from SU,and Black Archival.I added abeautiful vintage image available from My friend June's website Dezinaworld.Printed it off on glossy card.Added glamour dust to edge of wings.Ther Ribbon was from an rak.The black swirls ive had for an age never used these are so glitzy from K&co.I used Tim Holtz ticket die and distressed this using gathered twigs and added festive berries to the edge.Then stamped in copper onto the tag.Made aborder from corrigated card covered in tattered Angel glimmer mist to give the shine.Added an old vintage button to finish it off.Hope you like how i got my inspiration for this tage.One thing i must use black more often..lol

Week 6 Tag 6

Again i got my inspirations from Linda's lovely tag she created for week 6 Here.My inspiration came from the Angel i so wanted to use that.Irealised i hadnt got any angel stamps but found some beautiful D/P Gold embossed from the beautiful set "December 25th "from Kaisercraft.I covered the Tim Holtz Tag Die with that.distressed the edges again with my fav gathered Twigs Distress Ink from T/Holtz autumn release.I then stamped the sentiment from the new Stampin up Release set of stamps called "A Christmas Carol"Used Clear emboss ink,then added Gold su embossing powder to get the finished look.The hessian was from Linda's ESTY Shop.The heart i had found in my stash.Whihc i added prima flowr and leaf to again added Tattered angels Glimmer mist to to get abit of bling.
Last of all added a beautiful metal angel charm with raffia to the bottom of the heart.

Week 9 Tag 9
The inspiration was drawn from The sheet music Linda had used on her tag whihc can be found Here.
Icovered the T/Holtz die cut tag with old sheet music ripped the edgdown one side added distress ink gathered twigs ...ummm guess you can tell this d/Iis a fav!..lol
I stamped the image of Tilda Carol Singing.Cut it out and coloured in with copics adding Glamour dust to the white fur of her coat and hat .I then stamped in archival black the sentiment "Glad Tidings we bring"(by Uptown Rubber Stamp Co),randomly over the tag.The lace i dyed using D/Inks Festive Berries and added kaisercraft pearls to it.I then clear embossed the New release stamp from SU "Beautiful Season"added Ranger embossing powder "Rich Redheated with heat gun." Cut the image out and stuck to tag.Lastly the embellishment button flower made from left over material,to add couple of musical notes to the tag to finish it off.
Hope you like how my inspiration from sheet music on Linda's tag came together.

Funkie Junkie 12 Tags Christmas ...Tags 7 and 8

Well catch up is nearly finished .Today i have for you tags 7 & 8 from

The funkie Junkie 12 Tags Christmas Challenge.

This has been a really fab challenge loads of inspiration so thanks Linda .Hopefully few more people will join in .you still have until Dec 15th to complete all 12 tags.
For this tag i took my inspiration from the snowflakes.I have used distress stains faded jeans and picket fence to get the background then sprayed with tattered angel glimer mist ivory to make sparkle.The flowers are prima i have coloured with copics added clear rock candy stickles to get the bling,The metal deer charm is from bo-bunny hooked up with ideology clip from Sir Tim's collection.The sentiment ive stamped clear embossing d/i ,and added baby blue demi moore embossing powder.This saying is one of my favs and for the life of me brain fog has taken over can't remeber where i purchased from!

The lace and snowflake gems are from my craft stash.The 25 i have coloured and added ivory glimmer mist, Do hope you like my tag week 7 no 7.

This is my Tag for week 8 .I have got my inspiration from santa off Lindas tag.
I have used paper fromold book distressed it with the lovely new
winter D/inks and gathered twigs whihc has to be firm fav.I then stamped in archioval black and Burgundy stamps Merry christmas from Stampin up.deck the halls too.I then had this lovely image of vintage santa whihc i added rock candy stickles to the tree and the sentiment on him i used glossy accents to bring it to live so to speak.The red trimming is from my craft stash.Finished off with a sticker from kaisercraft called dont forget..The ticket i also distressed and added crackle paint to clear .fixed onto the tag with a home made dress pin made from beads pearls from my stash.The riboon and fibers where from past rak.

This is the Left pile thats been pushed to one side
As you can see lots to do with christmas and bits out to make the envelopes.
Also some Maya Road small wooden bobbins ,

This is the pushed pile to the right of my desk.Some Glue,HoHoHo bling in green.
Just basicaly a creative mess or just a plain old push to the rt mess...lol

So thats whats going on this moring thats theatate of play last evening when photo was taken.

Thankyou for allyour wonderful comments sorry if i didnt get back to you it was only my 2nd dayback and things such as weahing got in the way just general things in life that i needed to deal with as mounted up whilst i was away.

12 Tags of Christmas The funkie Junkie Way...catch up

The Funkie Junkie 12 Tags Christmas Tag 10

Yes with being away due to Dad i have some catching up to do ,but hey these past 2 days ive been doing it .This is tag 10 i drew my inspiration from the embossing found here on Linda's Tag

I also used a fab technique found on ablog i love to follow which uses crackle paint to get into all the embossing .You can find the tutorial on Tammy's blog Here

The snowflakes are metal charms Snowflakes,corners i purchased from Linda's ESTY shop Here
.the beautiful beaded ribbon ive had in my stash for long while not used.The tag sentiment i just love this is stamped in the D/I Gathered Twigs whihc just is Lush!one of my new Favs!I then cut corrigated card sprayed with tattered ngels Glimmer mist pearl.

I added Raffier to the tag on the tag and some fibers to top of the tag.The dress pin i made from pearls and pins from my craft stock.Small glass snowflake was from an RAK.

Please check out the tutorial above as this is a fab technique and cant quite see on my tag but Tammy has some fab photo's to show you how the embossed crackle paint looks!

I absolutely love this verse and you will have seen it on a few of my tags before now.

Well i shall be back with the catch up tags from 6-9 later once my camera has charged and tags have dried.Im pretty pleased ive caught up!

Good morning not sure if it's good as it's dark ,damp and dismal .the 3 D's today..lol.Firstly i must thank all you lovely people for such kind messages left regarding my dad.Well he's doing ok,not out of the woods yet but having the old injections and blood tests regularly.Had shadow on his lung and heart echo whihc we are still wasitng on results they should be due next week .He is still very breathless he is now on water tablets to see of that helps just realy aaitng game.Im back home not sure for how long.So sorry if i didnt get round to you last week put just popped my head in the door so to speak,as i was getting emails asking if i was ill!So big thanks to you all.

Anyways it's wednesday so you know time to travel the world ,looking at what the craftworld has for us this week.If you'd like to join in or havent a clue what im on about check by the bosses blog our Julia HERE.

Paper Bag Christmas Albums

Well im back and first thanks for all the lovely messages of support youve all sent truly appreciate it.Dad is doing so so we are still waitng on results and he's having to go back for bloods regularly .The shadow on the lung tests were also waitng for and the heart echo to see whats going on.He's got strict instructions to take it easy as still very breathless but now home.So im ringing him daily to make sure hes taken his tablets!

Anyway now im back time to catch up on some crafting time ive had 6 orders for my paper bag albums the christmas ones and one baby girl .Which i shall show you once camera has charged so please pop back to view them.I have only one more to amke for 22nd Nov before the customer goes away and needs it.This is the first one i made .I know some of you dont know how these albums are made but they are sew...lol simple.

First you start off with the big american lunch bags.3 Bags will make an album of 6 pages including front and back.

I then press them and fold so it looks like a book when im happy i then sew down the centre.Then use my big bite to punch relevant holes into the front.
Then the worlds your oyster.Ive made many over my time in crafting and this one is christmas but ive done babys first christmas,wedding ,baby,16th,40th birthdays and 25th &golden wedding album.So they can be used for any type of occassion.Now the albums ive made are acid free so the photos dont discolour over time.I hope you enjoy looking at my album.Any questions please ask or instructions happy to help.I also take orders for any occassion.

sorry piccy not good the light terrible this am so dark and damp right dismal day.Here ive done some stamping and added the tildas with 3d pads to the frame on left side .Right hand page is for family photo.This is custom built with requirements for customer

Here on the left hand page i have made an album so when you lift the snowman page up it all folds out you can see how big it goes in the following pages below.

good Morning Woywwers well Wednesday seems to have jumped round although most of the week stuck to the sofa.!If you wanna join in with this crazy but addictive wednesday mooch around the world's crafty desks pop by the boss's blog here

Well not much going on this week as im still pretty much on the sofa except with the flu on top of the Acute ME .so no flu jab for me yesterday!Mind did have my youngest to join me the one who gave it to me .They say you give things to the one's you love thats what she says anyway...lol.

No crafting done and Crimbo is creeping up fast .so thought id show you an album, i made couple weeks ago for my neighbours birthday.

She now has ownership of this she's American and hubby in Armed forces .so thoought nice to do album about her home in uk.She loved it!

Befroe i go dont forget about my candy offer i will be drawing that on 31st October and the good news is i keep adding to it so pop by top of the blog to enter rt hand side.

Well girls no desk this week i havent been off sofa since Friday afternoon.When i had a acute bout of my ME/Cfs anf have been unable to lift me head ,even going to the loo feels like ive just climbed mount everest...lol.Joint pains wow just cant get comfortable and with that comes the cold shivers ,and the feel of my nerve endings are Raw.So hoping this acute episode doesnt last too long sleep well 20 hrs aday .So thought id sit on my daughters laptop and try and do my woyww .As wouldnt want to miss it ,but then again not been in craftroom to play as just not got enrgy or inclination.So i have put the photo below up of the tags so far ive made in the Funkie Junkie 12 days christmas .I have started on the tag 5 but not finished as this camr to visit me friday afternoon and been on sofa since cant even manage to go upstairs to bed .So sofa bound.

Sorry bit boring this week ,i shall try if i can to get round as many of you during next few days .As dont know wether have energy for you all today.Thanks goes to Karen who made my day i won her beautiful candy thanks hunni can't wait !

The reason why not much going on as ive just finished the tags now ready for week 5.But i also had to make a altered art something to hold some sort of contents .So i altered a gravy tub ant bessies actually .This again is for a swap whihc i completed yesterday thought you might like to see.

Week 2 Tag 2 Funkie junkie 12 Tags Christmas

This tag is the last of the back log i had to make to get upto date with Linda.Now the title above the piccy will tag you to Linda's tag over at the Funkie Junkie .

Now i have drawn my inspiration off the black Flower yes black flower and combined my inspiration from that to create this tag.

Stamp used ive had this for ages unfortunately unsure who's it is.So if anyone can shed any light on id be grateful .Such a lovely verse.

I have stamped that onto a Wendi Vecchi art part studio 490..ATC Art.

SU:snowflake stamp & Postcard stamp in Black soot for the background.

The Ribbons,Bow &snowflake ,and star pearl bead from my craft stash.

Prima :jet Black Flower.

Well i love the colour combo and never would have thought of using this on tag ,but im sure gonna try and use this same design on Christmas Card.All thanks to Linda over

The 12 Tags of Christmas Funkie Junkie Style Challenge

Week 1 Tag 1

Well i am nearly there with my catching up of the week 1 and week 2 tags .I have just finished creating them and week 2 tag will be visible later on when it has dried.

But for now you have to settle for week 1 tag my inspiration for this tag came from Linda's tag and bascically the vintage santa

Ingredients used:
Tag :Tim Holtz die and SU Card
D/Paper :Bo bunny ET CETERA Collection
Distressed inks :Vintage Photo,Archival Plum and Aged Mahogony
Bottle Top :With 25 was from Vintage Christmas set The flower underneath was
die cut and then d/inked and added Inkessentials Glossy Accents.
Ribbon :Was also distressed with Antique Linen & Vintage Photo
Flowers and Brad :Prima
Tim Holtz Ticket :Distressed and then glossy accents added.Brad is SU
The image of santa is from some left over christmas papers from last year from Kaiser Craft i believe.and distressed the edges.Then burnt the edges with lighter be careful not to set alight ...lol .But i wanted daker look to the edge pleased with the result.no never burnt anything...!lol.
Ribbon and distressed Lace added to top of tag.

This Week im also entering this tag into Sunday Stampers the theme this week is Mojo.Well you all know my Christmas mode mojo hadnt arrived until i found Linda's 12 tags christmas and then bingo her creations soooo inspired me to try different colour combo's for Crimbo instead just the traditional colours.
Enjoy the heatwave anther hot and glorious day so enjoy while you can as apparently end of hurricane from USA hitting us by end week.There goes are Indian summer..lol

12 Tags Christmas The funkie Junkie Style Tag 4

Good Morning hope your all well this Thursday and looking forward to another Indian summer's day.Well far from the heat im bringing you my Tag 4 for the funkie junkie style tags for christmas .Yes i know ive still got 1 &2 to complete nearly there with those .Tag 4 i had this idea from the beautiful bling glitter on Linda's tag .So my inspiration came from that.

The D/Paper is again Bo-Bunny's Lush"ET Cretera"Collection.I have distressed with Vintage photo and

Antique linen D/Inks. Then stamped Merry christmas from a SU set with Archival plum ink.The image i printed off from the sheet i got again from my dear friend June's website Dezinaworld.

Now i have tried something different to get the bling look on the wings i have added glamour dust to the crackle paint only for the wings and just added crackle paint to the rest of the image .Piccy shows a little but i was pleased with the results.I then covers blank ATC with the dame D/P distressed same way then used Archival ink plum to stamp the sentiment from uptown Rubber stamps.The flower is Marian designs pointsetta which i have distressed and added tattered Angels Glimmer mist to and added pearl to the centre.The sam binding i have distressed and added wee pearls along the middle of it to match.The beautiful musical note embellishment is from the same set as the designer papers.

Ithen to finish it off added Seam binding and string small pearl beads to the tag ,with Tim holtz ideology chain and Believe token and added a wee key charm to it also,

To add finishing touches added one of my home made decorative pins as thought the colour of the beads looked lush and matched the whole tag!

Trying to get close up of the wings for you but light is not on my side this morning as heat haze is around,sorry.
I do hope more people join in with Linda's challenge as it is fab and well for me ive only ever used traditional christmas colours so this is way beyond my "norm".But am loving it! Love n hugs have fab day whatever your upto!Might not get much crafting done next couple of days as O/H off till monday .I desperate need a holiday next year so we are going to have wee look in travel agents...So happy just hope im well enough!

Good Morning all you Woywwers !Wow what achange in weather from last week...Maybe the Indian summer has arrived at long last.Scorcher yesterday and see it has to continue until the weekend!

Hope youve all had a good week i know for some it's been a stressful time at hospital.hopefully with all the well wishes and vibes things are starting to improve !With M and the Babies.We are all thinking of you all .

Now it's wedensday and boy 1st October and well gotta say it 87 YES.....87 days till the man in the big Red coat turns up bearing gifts....lol

Anyways onto wednesday ritual of snooping around the world at all the amazing crafters and artists alike.So if you wanna join in pop by Julias blog The boss lady of this wednesday craze and be apart of it.Well thanks to Crafty Elf's creations for christmas,and ,many other blogs .Mu mojo mode was certainly not ready for Crimbo.Then after visiting the Funkie Junkie's blog and seeing Linda was doing her 12 tags of christmas the Funkie Junkie way my inspiration changed .Why not join in?!

On my desk is remnants of the mess and some other tags im playing around with at present nothing is set in stone just sat on the top of the tags.

Week 3 12 Tags for Christmas the Funkie Junkie style

I have been meaning to upload this for few days just been waiting for the right light to take the piccys.Im afraid still not come out as well as i had liked

The tag looks so much better in the flesh so to say!

Anyways i have made this after visiting Linda's blog the Funkie Junkie.

I noticed that she was doing 12 tags of christmas .After seeing many blogs showing crimbo items i started to feel guilty at not doing anything .Usually my mojo is in the Crimbo mode by now ,and half way to finishing all my bits and pieces.

Getting back to Linda's blog and worth taking a peek you won't be disappointed .I was amazed at her tags for christmas .Yes ive made tags before but always using traditional colours .Reds,Greens,Silver ect.So this inspired me to join in and try and use vintage or neutral colours .I got my inspiration for this tag from the first tag i noticed which was week 3.Yes i know got bit catching up to do but i have until December 15th to complete all tags.Pop by join in all deets are HERE

Back to my tag well i have used Tim Holtz tag die and Rossette die and covered and cut the rossette out of Bo-bunny's lush papers" ET Cretera "They arent Christmas D/Papers but just as lush my fav's at the mom if you hadnt noticed!!...lol.

For the tag and my inspiration i found they where just what the dr ordered!

I then Distressed the tag with Vintage photo & Antique line.I then stamped randomly on the tag a Merry Christmas postmark which is from a christmas vintage set ive had for many years not used as you do!
I then coated Tim Holtz grunge numbers with fresco paint antique linen the once dried rubbed Inka Gold paste ontop.
The image is from a set that i purchased from the lovely June at Dezinaworld.

Which has some fantastic images and collage sheets at very reasonable prices well worth alook.

I coated in Distress Crackle Paint and left to dry then rubbed and added vintage photo D/Inks over th top.The decorative pin which ive added to the rosette i made myself and the ribbon with beads is some i had left over from another project.I used Martha Stewart fern punch in gold shinny card to add to the rossette.I then finished off by spraying all over the tag with tattered angel glimmer mist in Pearl. I am also entering this into the challenge over at Sugar Creek Hollow:The theme this week is:Vintage Children

I am pleased with the way this tag has turned out and just adore the neutral colours rather than traditional colours expected at christmas.This is all thanks to the amazing blog the

Funkie Junkie.
I now have to catch up and make some more tags .My christmas mode is sorta getting there...lol thanks to Linda and her 12 tags the funkie Junkie style.

First Day Of Autumn

Good morning and alovely moring it is here in Norfolk.For the first day of Autumn.Yep Autumn has arrived with the chilly mornings and the trees changing various colours.So i thought id show you this tag ive made for a swap im doing in October.thought it was apt for the day

I have used Tim holtz Tag die covered it with the beauitful lush new release Bo-Bunny Designer collection papers called "Et Cetera"oh i highly recommend these fab gorgeous papers!

Anyways i have distressed using various DI inks ,Wild Honey ,Spiced Marmalade,Rusty Hinge,around the edges with Barn door.

I have then used my new stamp set from Andy Skinner
"A Winters Tale"

I have used Distress Embossing ink on the stamp then embossed with copper embossing powder.Which even though say myself looks better than the piccy.

I have added some ribbon to the bottom of the tag ,followed by some punched out leaves in various colours of SU cardstock.Added a leaf from my stash to the top of the tag .I also punched a star shape in gold metal and glued onto a clear glass nugget which i then fixed to the leaf,with one of my home made pins.

I then found this fab metal Acorn which has been sat in my charm ,trinket box for good year!and adorned it to the base of the tree.

I also used black archival ink to stamp the sentiment from a stamp set from crafty individuals

"A Wonderful world".The alpha letters spelling fall are from Tim Holtz. Heres close up of the lovely copper embossing.

Good Morning all Hope this finds you all well and ready for another wednesday Snoop,

around the world of craftiness.Yes where do the days go it's wednesday again so means WOYWW.So pop by Julia's Blog and join in the fun!

Well big thankyou to all who left kind wishes re my eye problem.It is much better not as painful but have been taking it easy past week.Optic Neuroitis they treating me for.

Anyway last monday well high winds here in Norfolk ,power cuts werent the word and after about the fourth bingo computer went well mental...Glad to say at weekend was fixed and luckily not lost anything as had back up...phew.Well it was good in a way i had not computer except missed like crazy.whatever did we do without them i ask?IT gave my eye time to rest .Very little crafting got done as mojo and myself with the pain didnt feel like doing much.

So last week took leaf ou of Hels book and cut some T/holtz die cuts up as stock running low .Also cut some for my dear friend Cheryl...Reminds me must post off!.Then i did some making well made /decorated some pins whihc you can see below using beads charms ect.So easy to do and i always stick with clear accents as sticks well and yes clear.What ya think?

Now this is how i left my desk yesterday and looks like this morning.I think first task will be to give a good clean to my craft mat!rather inky ,painty ,tad gluey.

Yes the good old Paperartsy fresco paint has come out again i just love this stuff especially this one colour "Vintage Lace".As i am altering acouple of jewellery boxes ,also a small note book whihc i have painted and then added deco art weatherwood to as you can see better in below piccy it's come out lovely im pleased with it .Now today if time will try and finish said book and boxes and alter them.not sure what yet but some sort inky mess no doubt.

Woyww ....Tags with birdcages...

Morning welcome to WOYWW this week .Well i havent been doing much .Apart from trying to catalogue my free stamps from craft sramper and ones sent from craftyindividuals.This way i hope to get to use them more often and know what types ive got.So im just stamped them onto card for the moment and am making folder to put them in.

I am also suffering with my other eye and think have optic neurisis in that eye again so off to docs by the time you read this.Another good thing why i havent got comp that would make my eyes worse.

Grungy Monday Challenge....21

This is my altered Daily Journal.

I have made this for a friend as a gift do hope she likes it as much as i have enjoyed creating it.

I have used the fabulous brand new release papers from Bo Bunny set

"ET CETERA"Collection these are just to die for lush actually they can be bought from

I have distressed the papers with Vintage photo,Rusty Hinge,Frayed Burlap.Also added Tim To bind the book i used Holtz tissue tape distressed this with vintage photo.
I used my idewology fragment and added latte,sandal and brushed corduroy to the fragment.Then added blending solution so that a gap would appear where it says underneith .Just a friendly reminder.I have tried to get better photo but light is not good today very drab!
I have added chipboard swirl and distressed with vintage photo added pearl.
I have stamped with clear distress ebossing ink stamp from time holtz collection and then ebossed with copper ultra thick embossing powder,heated with a gun.

The back of the book i again distressed.Stamped butterfly stamp cut out distressed then added Glossy accents two curled the corners of the wings up as drying.Then added 3 gems to the centre of the body
Then added a Crafty individuals Life's Journey square to stampboard covered the edges with tissue tape and distressed.Added button with cottonthread to finish.
The sentiment on the back again another Tim Holtz stamp inArchival plum ink.

I hope you like my creation sorry for the nt so good photos but very dull drab and windyn cold here today.Well and truly summer is over the dark nights are upon us with the september winds!The joy of autumn/Winter...lol
Well least gives me more crafting time.

Good morning all hope your all well and busy creating.Well this weather is ideal as like winter here in Norfolk past couple days wet and very windy causing trees to block roads...not nice .

Well the girls return to school today and if it wasnt for my friend they wouldnt be going.Why ?you ask as the council have had months to sort out bus passes but nope have they .So have spent since last wednesday trying to get through.Apparently temporary ones are in the post....Gosh not sure where there coming from sure must be o snail mail!

Anyways onto this mornings desk.The task in hand is to to go right round the world looking at fellow craft desks .Seeing What our crafting buddies have been upto .It's great really as you sit here on this miserable day having fun all thanks to our big boss Julia who invented this marvelloes wednesday morning ritual!So pop by here blog HERE join in too.Make new buddies ,get inspired,Have fab fun Wednesdayall from your own home!

So nothing really on my desk it's so clean and tidy must have had a few mad moments
and cleaned away yesterday after finishing my tag...lol doesnt happen often .
Now the piccy below is of a lovely we shelf i came across in a charity shop last thursday.The bargain price of £1.50 .So i have of course filled it with my distress stains and some of my inks pads i use the most /or regularly.
So what you think?Here's the delema do i alter it or keep it as is?Please i would love to know your opinions. ??

Lastly some goodies arrived in the post for me this week .Some lovely stamps from Andy Skinners New release,a gorgeous stamp from La Blanche ive never used these before was surprised when i opened it up as it is white plastic/foam.So will have to see how it stamps.
Also crafty individuals 4 wee piccys of London stamps.So im hoping that i will get chance to play today once the girls gone to school done couple jobs then crafting time!
And of course my journey around the world to see all those lovely desks ,see what youve been upto!

Sunday Stampers ......Loveeeee

Over at Sunday Stampers the lovely creative Hels Blog this weeks theme is :
Love

For a change I went with blues instead of the traditional Reds.

I used manila luggage tag,and covered it in Kaiser kraft Antique line paint

I then got my ohhhh so lush distress stains out and well went smoochy ,inky and creative on my craft sheet .With picket fence,broken China &weathered wood,dash splash of faded jeans.

I smooched the tag then dried with heat gun and continued the process until i had the colour and design i was happy with.

I then painted the wings from the tim holtz set of grunge mixed minis.Then added picket fence dried with heat gun repeated this again the got my saqurs clear pen around the edges and added Glamour dust to the wings .Whihc doesnt seem to show in photo very well.Tried to take closs up all got was bling blurr...lolI then stamped Tim Holtsz phrases from the Stuff to say set with
black Archival ink.
I then made a garland using flowers leaves i had from my stash .Sprayed with tattered Angels glimmer spray,along with some stickles to give the edges of the flowers a bit of shine & Bling.
I then added the Love tile to the centre of this and stuck the whole spray onto the bottom of the tag.
I added a beautiful cameo that ive had in my stash for ages.You know the one you take out stroke it ,look at it nope cant use that too nice .Well this time i have used it ..lol
Even though i say my self does go nicely with the tag.
Added chain from iderology collection to thats added some round beads
and the beautiful blue heart bead.

The ribbon i died with distress stains to co-ordinate with the tag.

So here's my entry

I have altered this A5 book actually for a swap im doing.

I first of all covered the book with the lovely Thorndon Hall Papers just cant get enough of these they are lush! Available Here.

also used Tim Holtz Tissue tape.

I then distressed the covers with Rusty hinge,Barn Door & Spiced Marmalade.

I then covered the grunge letters with gesso and again distressed those and added Glossy accents to each letter to get a shine.

The sentiments are all Tim holtz stamps,stamped distress embeoosing clearink .The used ultra copper embossing powder ,heated with gun.

The domino i altered and added vintage image and crackle paint tpo get the effect,distressed with vintage photo. The flower & leaf ive also added glossy accents to to give a wee shine.

The cameo charm was from my own stash and also the back cover pen stickers.

Woyww 116....Twilight

Well it's wednesday already!Where does the time go ?The girls are back next wednesday to school,well thats if the bus passes arrive knowing last year it was december before they arrived Suffolk C/Council never seem to be organised.

First of all i should have uploaded the above piccy when i received the altered matchbox swap that Neil Walker arranged on Woyww.Above piccy shows the gorgeous box i received from Neil himself How lucky am i!!!I absolutely love this and the domino book so cute!Thanks Neil although did email him to thank him when it arrived.
Now onto my desk ...well this is what it looks like this morning.The piccy below shows the right of my desk.There you can see the altered book i had started last week ,and have nearly finished ,it's sat drying as i completed yesterday just needs tweeking.Also i have started to alter a blank book/box these come in sets of twos this is the smaller of the 2.on top of larger one.Sat drying after yesterdays craft session

Now to the left of me are some items i used yesterday on my daughters twilight canvas.

Some charms that need putting in the box ,Tag nearly finished need to add some gems ,the corner of a black canvass my 14yr old is now doing.All holidays chooses the last week to start and craft!sounds right..lol

There you go the canvass distressed with black soot ,and dryed awaitng my daughter to complete .im sure it will be another twilight one for her room!R Patz mad she is counting the days till new dawn premiers ....i just agree as don't intrest me a bit ,but i do know some of you ae twilight fans so i thought id show you the lovely red canvass collage i did for her room yesterday.Which i think has encouraged her to have ago !

"TWILIGHT CANVASS"

I used distress stains to cover the canvass.These canvasses are flat best buy brand new pack 3 from charity shop.I seem to think ive mentioned them before but i got from Sue Ryder shop.

I have added a tag distressed and used T/Hooltz stamp on home made flower distressed the edges.The owl stamped coloured cut out of canvass.Added twilight ATC size with stickles red ie blood.Bottle cap with R/patz photo on top added beeswax to get stunning effect love this technique just doesnt show well in photo.Some of the papers used are from an RAK .This pad is absolutely Lush ideal for any Twilighht fan made by DCWV.
Below is close up of tag and rt side of canvass.The charm wander is sat on a black lace flower whihc recently i have been making.Small metal frame with title twilight in .The butterfly wing was my daughters fav hair clip but it broke and she didnt want to chuck so have used that also added few more black stones and key charm and crystal leaf.,

Left side of canvass shows the bottle cap abit clearer although the flash light bounced off it.The metal love is large brad ive had for years never used.The apple i have used rock candy on to give better effect.Distressed the edges of photo with old paper.
I have added clips and chain to the back so she can use as wall hanging.

She was over the New Moon with it!...lol

Morning all well past few days since the weather has been rather nasty shall we say .Ive managed to get some crafting done and have entered this tag into a couple of challenges.

I have used Tim Holtz Tag die ,Covered with Morton Hall Papers whihc are lush and will have to buy more!Distressed using Brushed Corduroy,Vinatge photo.

I have used the beautiful stamp set from Andy Skinner Creative Journey and stamped in

Archival ink Plum,Archival black,Stampabilities post mark in archival black.

I have used my dinamo to create the London Title and added metal frame whihc was lovely gift in an RAK.
To finish off have added fibers and rusty old key

Well sure do hope that the weather improves here for the bank Holiday weekend.

Something tells me not.

I shall be back later with some ATC's and a piccy of the wonderful matchbox i recieved from Neil Walker in the Matchbox swap he arranged via Woyww.

WOYWW 116......BEEN A WHILE BUT IM BACK!

Good morning seems ages since i joined in with WOYWW.

This is due to holidays and life getting in the way.Can't wait to get looking at those desks seeing what youve all been up to .If you too want to nose around the world and have apeek at lovely craft desks pop over to Julia's blog the boss and join in with this wednesday weekly tradition
Well the piccy's above show you my desk as it stands today .Yesterday was the first time i was able to craft and am at present altering dominos for a swap im doing.Im altering them with some beautiful vintage piccys that are made by Crafty individuals especially for domino's .Have to say they are lush! Then adding various techniques and mediums to them.Also on my desk is a tag that is drying will show more once it's finished.
Also on my desk i was busy sorting out all my charms trinkets and ideology bits and have now got the lovely wooden box i created and altered plus had to use this brown one and as you see from the below piccy nealy full too.so me thinks i should get using some instead of buying anymore...lol

Below is a piccy that shows an altered journal whihc i have just covered and distressed and is awaitng to be finished ,thats when i get round to it.

Well it's nice to get back and can't wait to snoop may not get round you all today as sooo late i forgot it was wednesday where do the days go.

Woyww ...gosh it's wednesday again seems to come round so fast.Yes we are actually having a Heatwave here in Suffolk.UK.....Yes dont faint but it was 85 yesterday ...yipeee...Lurve it but don't get me wrong just wish it would cool down at night!

Thats why im abit later than normal as had rubbish night with the heat over slept for hubby getting up....So if youd like to have your wednesday snoop around everyones desk well pop by the Bossess Desk get all the deets from Julia Here

Well i shall be honest my desk im half way through clearing up after making this tag.As im away from sat and wanted to come back to a clear workspace .The other reason my Stamp Magazine dropped through my letterbox last Thursday and havent had my nose out of it since.Are Crafty mate Hels has again excelled in the beautiful Stamp Storage....love it hunni!So with the Mag,my daughter tidying her room (as she had no clothes left)all in big mound on the floor ...washing,washing more washing....havent had much time to sit at my desk.Plus im back to drs tomorrow as my cavity where i had my tooth out nearly 2 weeks ago isnt healing me thinks still abcess so off to visit them .As i dont really want to suffer next week when im going to look after dad.

I have used my fav Distress ink colours on this tag.Wild honey,dried Marigold,Barn Door,Spiced Marmalade ,Black Soot.The stamps ive used are Tim Holtz and also the wee Bird is SU from Punch Potpourri set.Also the birds are from Andy skinner Set.
I have added some Ideology bits to the tag along with a black key from my stash and a brad.Wee pearl for the blackbirds eye.
I hope your all making the most of the lovely Sunshine.Anyone on hols in uk should be having fab time toowith this heat!Have alovely creative week im away next week so see you when i return

WOYWW........112...Creative Mess

It is silly "O" Clock in the morning i have been up creating you will see what at the end of the post.But before we get onto what ive been up to ,yes it's wednesday and it's the day when we can snoop at other crafters desks until our hearts content.Going around the world without moving from our seats all thanks to "The Boss"over at the Stamping Ground.

Before i get onto my desk whihch last week was not at all tidy and to be honest todays not much better ,but instead of messy it's creative...well i like to call it that makes me feel better..lol.

You will be pleased to hear on friday the dreaded tooth got pulled yep!Not an easy task believe me 40 mins of pulling tugging the wee bliter came out.I have to say at one point thought my jaw bone was coming too Ouch!!Still very painfull...Anyways enough of that now onto my desk this week.

Well it's one of those past few days where i have more than 1 project on the go why do i do it you ask?Don't know just do so got lots things on the go.First the red canvas you can see im doing a collage for my eldest big fan twlight Rob Patz..don't ask not seen one film and not going to either!Anyway the canvass i found in a Sue Ryder charity shop on friday on my way to dentist.A pack of 3 canvass boards 18x 25cm...Bargain price £1.They have alot of canvasses ,and arty stuff brand new so maybe worth popping in if you have one.I have used distress stains on it thats as far really as ive got.Just getting bits pieces out ready.

This is the otherside of my desk which has few items in the making all need finishing off.A few tags and ATC's.Few charms at the ready near blue flower is bottle cap with bees wax in and a charm.I have also made this week a wee book from Tim Holtz.
That i found on you tube click above to see how to make .As yet not distressed or added anything ,also whilst i was there found an ATC pocket folder made from 1 sheet 12x12 you can view that here also again i have to get these finished to hold atc's for swap .Just thought different to send rather than in wee plastic bags.You can decorate as you like.The book at the front 2 Atc folders pocket books behind in below piccy.

This piccy below was a great find couple years ago .In my local newsagents in the village.I have decorated the front by drawing then painting my design using twinkling H20's.I gringe when i see it now as i dont do drawing...lolThis shows you one of the pages filled with ATC's ive made or have been sent.Just so you get idea of the inside.Each page has 3 rows of 3 pockets so you can put them in back to back and make more of the storage if you like.

Why you ask am i showing this again....Well on Monday i popped in our local spa guess what they had them on sale for £2!!

You will never guess what they are surpose to be for?but ideal size for ATC's or inchies as storage

This is what it is ...It is a football album the ones kids by the packs cards for.They are in shops now obviously not selling too well.It also had 3 packs football cards and a game of some sort which i gave to my friends son.

Now i will gesso the cardboard and decorate to whatever i like .There i have another ATC folder .Theres 21 pages and can have atc's in both sides back to back.Now they normally sell for £4.50 but mine was reduced .I surpose due to football season starting up again didnt want to get rid maybe? I didnt argue it just caught my eye.Thought id let you know incase any of you looking for some storage .It also holds some tags too.So that was my bargain of the week.Havent yet thought about how im gonna decorate this one as yet .

I have just been sat watching Old Gordon tryng to put the resturants in USA to rights in hells kitchen.
I was sorting out my lace productive and lazy at the same time ,maybe catching 2 birds with one stone as they say...lol.

Started messing with the lace and tried something out with a needle and thread .

This is what the thread and lace turned out like.

Yep i made some handmade lace flowers ,for my first attempt didnt think they turned out too bad!What ya think!?You can add brads,buttons ideology bits to the centre
as you can see in below photo have added a pearl just to show you.

How i came about making them was i received a beautiful cream crochet flower large one yesterday from a friend thought gosh if only i could crochet that well.Instead i did the nearest thing and used lace.

Well im off to bed now as my clock says 2am.Gosh doesnt time fly when you get carried away crafting.I will be up at 5.30am as hubby off to work.But i thought id do this post now.As nothing gonna change on my desk before then.

So hope your all well and creating or like me and 2 days in to kiddo's holidays wishing it was the first week September..lol.....Oh yes im wishing the summer away,but then what summer ?think we had our summer in April/May here in uk!
Lately it has been more like October weather rain wind and more rain!!!

What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 111

Good Morning peeps and oh boy what a week since last woyww.Im not sure about your part of the country but we have only had 2 summer days Friday and yesterday.The rest well seems someone up above keeps turning the tap on frequently...lol heavy at that!

Gosh another Wednesday has arrived to cheer us all up thats when we get to snoop around the worlds craft desks.With permission.Thanks to the boss our Julia and her fab idea over at the stamping ground.

So if youd like to join in with this amazing wednesday WOYWW pop by her blog and join in the fun.Great inspirations to be had along the way.

Well i still have my tooth yes it was surpose to be pulled on monday ...Nope didnt happen another 5 days of these awrful anti-biotics and back friday to get pulled!

In the mean time i have done awee bit of crafting.My desk today is just one huge mess yep absolutely a dump!...lol

So in stead as im very embarrassed at the state of my room .I am going to show you just acouple of bits ive been upto.

The first is an altered match box this is the first time ive done one this small usually use the big kichen size boxes.

Here ive distressed the box using my inks and have added a altered domino that has then been glazed with distressed crackle glaze to give that lovely effect.I have then coloured a plain white prima flower with matching distress inks.Glazed the flower once the inks where dry .Added Tim Holtz ideology flower ,and flatbacked pearl to the centre and small string of wee pearls hanging down.I then made a lovely wee pin to add bit extra lush to the flower.
The ribbon ive dyed using various distress inks to co-ordinatew with the colours and shades of the box
Along the side ive stamped a Prima fringe in Black archival ink and then added gem stones to the fringe of the stamped image .I have done this both sides.

Im pleased with the result as this is first time ive altered something so small..lol.

I have also been busy creating tags for a swap im in in August yes bit head of myself.But due to going up to dads as mum is 80 on 9th August i thought id plan ahead so ive no rushing back to deadlines.This tag below i must say has to be a fav i love the waythis has turned out.You can see all the deets in post below.

Well thats it from me hopefully by next week my desk wil. be a desk.

"Tags " Sew Nice and Botanical

Morning Wow where has summer gone??It is like winter here in Norfolk today.Very cold wind and well sky looks full of rain.Do hope it stays away as my eldest daughter is going upto the forest as the Script Concert takes place tonight not much fun in the rain !The cold wind will be bad enough.

Anyways i havent been out this morning ive been getting all creative.Now my mojo is back i aint letting it go...!!!!...lol

So my first tag is for Simon Says Stamp And show.

Whihc this weeks theme is Stitching on your project can be Faux.Ive gone for Faux whihc is the lovely stamp set by Stampin Up Sew Lovely .I have samped th stitches in black archival ink down the side.Distressed the edges with old Paper round the edges.Iv e added pearls to the neck of the manique.The background paper is also SU.I have added prima flowers and pearl ended hat pins ,sprayed with tattered angels glimmer spray.
Added an aray of colourful fibers to the tag from my stash .

My second tag today is for the challenge over at Tuesday Taggers again not took part for sometime due to my missing mojo!

So this weeks challenge was Birds /Bees theme
I have distressed the SU paper with Brushed Corduory and the edges with pine needles distress ink.I have used Tim Holtz Bird cage die and distressed that also with Brushed corduory.

I have added the sentiment from Tim Holtz Set "Stuff to say" Stampers Annonymous.Which was stamped in black soot distress ink.

Added green pearls to the cage at the bottom .The bird is so cute and from Prima.

The metal rose is Tim Holtz Ideology set.

Well after smooching around the board this morning of all the lovely crafters that take part in WOYWW.I came across Helens fab tag and then Frankies beautiful artwork
I then got myself all inky and have come up with thios tag to join in over at

check it out .This week anything Tim Holtz oh boy just up my street with my mojo making a surprising return since Easter im already to play so here's my tag!

Also entering this into Simon Says Stamp Challenge:This week it is anything goes!

I absolutely in loveee with Andy Skinners new rangs of stamps and have choosen to use the London set.I have first distressed the tag using distress inks .I have then cut out the main figure of a chappie and have coated him in distress crackle paint from ranger and over top added old paper distress ink.

The sentiment down the side all from the same set.Says "Gentlemen never wear brown in London"I have then stamped the london bus in distress ink barn door,and the birds,lamp post in archival black.The Buckingham palace sign stamped on paper artsy card and crackle paint added to give distress look stuck with 3d pad.
The flower is white prima i have distressed with barn door ink ,then glossed with pebo brilliant gloss medium.Added a wee crown charm to the centre.

This is my desk this morning on this dark warm drab day!
First of all it's been a busy week my baby is 13!!!yep 13 to day and she had party in a hall with her friend who was 13 on Sunday ...yes have to say still recovering...lol.
So HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHLOE 13 Today!!
Now i have rather a messy desk this week above shows some altered match boxes im in the process of creating .

this is where i seem to have my wee wicker basket with items i need at hand.Peeping through there is my pink gun amongst stash paper.
This is a tag i made on Monday whilst winding down from all the party rush on saturday.

Thanks for all your kind messages last week omg by wednesday i had grown a tennis ball on my side of the cheek.My antibiotics seem to be doing the trick and go on monday for the tooth to be pulled as already had root work done which hasnt worked.

Well it's been on along Journey but it's Back!!!!

Yes after months Easter to be exact my mojo

has returned as yet not to it's full capacity but near enough...lol.

For me to Craft!

So i am able to join in with Hels lovely challenge again over at

Sunday Stampers
This weeks challenge is:Flying

I have used the beautiful papers from Paper Artsy .Just shows long time since i crafted think the set is Thornton hall ....maybe wrong so please correct me .I have distressed with Black soot and old paper to make the backing paper dirty oldlooking and the diamond cut collage pieces too.I have used the airplane from same set cut out and have covered in crackle paint stuck down with 3d pads.
I have distressed the chipboard dial and added a pearl in the center.The flowers ,brad and ticket where from my much loved craft stash.

The stamp sentiment title Journey i think was freebie from magazine it's stamped black archival ink.The fibers are from my stash.
I hope you like my creation im so pleased im able to craft
without staring into space with know inspiration to flow.

WOYWW...109 ....Wheres the Year Going

Good Morning to you all and sorry if i didnt get round all of you last week not for the want of trying blogger wouldnt let me leave message!Anyways i shall do my best this week so blogger better behave...lol!

Yes were in July where has the first part of the year gone once school hols start here in uk in 2 weeks boy Crimbo will be upon us!Until then we have loads of wednesdays which means time to snoop and see what the world of crafters and artists have on their desks this week.If youve not got any idea what im rambling on about then best pop by and see the Queen of Woyww Julia's blog the Stamping Ground for all the deets and maybe even join in!
Well since last week i have managed to do a wee bit of crafting not as much as i would have liked took me 3 days to make ATC but hey hoe it's a start.Considering first time since way before Easter when my mojo was full swing.Piccy above is of my desk this week.I have 3 ATC's to do for swap this month already had 2 but had to make another .So i did using Andy Skinners Stamps "London "and Tim Holtz .My taxi i cut out stamped added glossy accents to then stuck onto ATC.The buckingham palace sign i did the same but added crackle paint.I have used one of my London charms had this packet for over ayear!Threaded twine through.
So that was my first bit of my mojo appearing mind as i say took 3 days doing little at time as mojo not fully returned.But awee bit at a time and hopefully be back to normal soon.
In the picture below is an altered match box in the making started this sometime ago and got that out also to try and finish.Coloured in poppies with sakura gel & black gloss pens.

Here is a close up of the London ATC i made sorry the light here so bad think weve had buckets of rain over night now still dull.Mind hasnt really cleared the air still hot sticky and stuffy!
Havent done any crafting past couple days as monday night i started with tooth ache....OOOOOOOOMG by yesterday morning i had grown a tennis ball to my jaw and cheek bone.Yep i have one hell of an abcess.So went down to dentist yesterday and started me on high does of Anti b's it looks like it's in my jaw bone thinks th e root of a tooth grown in there!Nothing ever simple...lol so in lot pain and doezing myself up until hopefully the high does of anti b's kicks in so doubt im not gonna get much done today.Last night after being advised to put ice on.You would laughed before going to bed i put one of these cool patches that i had in house for headaches stuck that to my jaw instead of head..lol but did the trick slept on and off.Just must remember to take off as look so silly !
Anyways i do hope you all have good creative week and time on my hands and with blogger behaving fingers crossed will try and get round you today.

WOYWW....MY Gorgeous PIF

Gosh good afternoon totaly forgot it was Wednesday !!!lol Last week they told me when i went for all my results and scans that my Brain is normal and healthly!!!yep my daughters and husband both agreed that memory loss must not show up on scans,Hoe Cheeky ...lol Well they may just be right!Im pleased to say my results came back and it is down to my ME?CFS &Fibro thats the cause of my problems and my result for MS thankgoodness was negative.So thats one stress off my mind.Now wednesday although nearly over..lol so time to be nosey and visit all the crafty desks around the world.So if you havent anyidea what im on about then pop over to Julia's stamping ground and check it out....Shes deserted us this week and has flown the nest...lol
Well yesterday i received this beautiful PIF gift from the lovely Pam.Bless her this is the second time she has sent and it arrived in one piece.Royal mail still figuring out where i live with the first pif.Yes as yet they havent delivered and Pam has so kindly sent a replacement.
Well it cheered me up no end So thankyou hunni!My mojo is still not around do today hence why im late plus forgetting it was wednesday.I am in the throws of clearing out my craftroom.They sya when your stressed good to keep busy plus i surpose im hoping to find my mojo in a draw,...lol.
Gosh so much stuff i forgot i even had ,thats bad but good for me because im hoping when i have time and feel well it may pur on my mojo.At the moment this hest is killing me Monday we had tepm of 32.8 in my craftroom was like sleeping in greenhouse monday night.Hence today a wee cooler showing 22.

Cant show you much on my desk as it is piled high with allsorts as im having reorganisation and clearout .So i thought id show you an atc i made in May which i made when mojo was around and willing.Apart from that not much on my desk to showcase.Hopefully next week i will have some creation well im hoping.I showed you last week the invites for my daughters joint party with a friend .Well they finished them all at the weekend now in safe hands of their guests.
I can't beleive July friday where has this past 6 months gone.I usually by now have half my crimbo cards and gifts made !Not a chance this year fingers crossed mojo comes aback soon.!

What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?107

Good morning all welcome to another Wednesday and time for WOYWW.Yes that time when we are able to go and have anose at crafters desks all over the world !Without getting into trouble...lol.this is due to the lovely founder our Julia at the stamping ground.Pop by there if youve not got a clue whatim rambling on about.

Well apologies ive been AWOL for couple weeks this due to life getting in the way!Just having really stressful time at the moment.so please forgive me!Iwill do my best to pop by you all this week.

Well as for my desk im sorry to say what with everything going on my mojo hasnt returned!I think it may have retired....lol

On my desk this week which is pretty empty and has been for several weeks now.My daughters having a neon birthday party with her friend in july so thought id show you her invites.they have to be finished as they are going to put bit bling on!!!

I also have some goodies there from Happy Daze that came yesterday so will try get play see if mojo is slightly there.You can also see 2 ATC's that i made awhile ago April i think and this is for a July swap so pleased i have some in stock already created.The theme being sewing.,altered domino whihc i came across yesterday that thought maybe if get chance today would have aplay. I so desperatly miss crafting like a void in my life....lol!!!

Good morning Woywwers ....Hope your all well and enjoying this glorious weather.well had lovely week last week up at dads the weather was a scorcher and we went visiting the Dales!.Sorry if i didnt get round to visiting you all being away and limited interent access was very hard.But i will make big effort this week to see all those lovely desks and PIF gifts everyone has received.this is wee bit of along post..lol

If your unsure what im on about Woyww which im sure not many of you are .Well it's the Brain child of our lovely Julia.It's where we spend wedensdays visiting around the world to have anosey at everyones craftroom with out getting told off...lol.So if you fancy joining in then pop by here and check it out!

This week im afraid my desk has nothing really to show you couple ATC's still in the making a tag which i completed yesterday that you can see in below postwhich was started sometime ago.Apart from that im having major problems with my Mojo...it just doesnt want to seem to create.Mind stress dont help to which i have fair bit in my life at the moment.But hey hoe im keeping/ trying to do something daily in hope of a quick return...lol.It hasnt really returned since it's Easter Break which is sometime now.
So i am getting abit worried as never been away this long before!Todays Desk this is what it looks like this morning.....bit bare really!

Now then onto last weeks celebrations and i know my partner of the PIF gift has received as tracked it!So i am able to show you it.Although have not heard from her.It was posted last Wednesday morning whilst on holiday.

Anyways i do hope she liked it !
PIF GIFT SENT FOR WOYWW 104
What ya think??This was my second attempt you will see my first attempt further down which i deceided i wasnt going to send as had this urge then to create something else .Thats when my mojo was alive and creating...lol.So i settled for altering a frame.The theme was creativity as we all create in some ways so i thought whoever received it may put it on their wall or in a draw whatever they fancied.
I gessoed the frame then painted with kaiser paint if i remember seems so long ago.Then covered back with designer paper.Added buttons,Cotton reel ,The chipboard scissors and sewing machine are from a set from Maya road.Coloured with ranger silver distress inks.I altered a domino with vintage lady added crackle paint.The main sentiment /Phrase From T Holtz set which i stamped onto a small ATC canvass after gessoing and distressing.Then embossed with black E/Powder.The fringe at the bottom was from Boyes dept store.The woyww letters are distressed tiles with added glossy accents.The wee brass charm is a hevy sewing machine and then i made hat pin for the cotton reel.

Now this was the first attempt at making my PIF which at first loved then had this creative urge t make something else along the lines of "Creativity"thats when the frame was created.So i have sent the frame.The below box is painted and various torn papers stuck onto the box.I have added heart /paddlock to the front with memories on.The letters i have had coloured with my Krylon copper pen.Across the top is an arrangement of flowers prima and beaded flowers intertwined together,then added lace around the side of the lid of the box.distressed the edges

The heart shaped box does open so items can be stored inside.Heres some more views of the box.

I have now deceided this box will be on it's way to Julia as a thankyou for making Wednesday extra nosey ....lol .Whatever did we do on Wednesdays before this wonderfull idea was introduced 2 yrs ago??.Wednesdays have not been the same since...lol

One Tag 4 Challenges

gosh it seems long time since i uploaded a creation and yes it is blimey few weeks.Not for the want of trying but for the want of my Mojo to return.Still it is know where near what it was.I started this tag before i went to Dads last week and have finished off last night.

I have used distress inks ,ranger inks and swipped on craft sheet added splodge /splash water from mister bit of tattered angels glimmer misted .The swiped the manilla tag across the sheet to get the distress look..I then stamped in cocoa onto Su stamp "Sanded".I then used T/Holtz die cut bird cage and distressed that added gems and the bird from prima along with the flower which i distressed edges.Added some edging along the bottom with cute pearl button.

Here you will find some fab techniques and up and coming products.

Happy Birthday WOYWWERS .....Wow all those desks weve looked at ,loved ,commented.all those bloggin friends weve come to find across the world .all down to the lovely Ms dunnit and the introduction of WOYWW....well what did we ever do on a wednesday morning?

If youve not a clue what im on about and im sure most of you do.but if not then po by julia's blog to find out more.

I am away this week enjoying the beautiful sunshine and country side of the dales.Ive gone to visit dad,he was surpose to have his 2nd knee replacement last tuesday .but unfortunately been put back until 26th june.Enjoying are time here anyways so nothing to show on my desk this week.

my PIF is in the mail thanks julia for organizing that before i went away.Thankyou for 2 wonderful nosey years.

Well Wednesday here again and going so fast next week of course is the Big week yes 104 PIF.

Well last week if you may remember i fell down ten stairs well since then not much crafting has gone on as i ended up in casualty!After several x-rays later i was allowed home but to rest.I have to say easier said than done as when you have a third bum cheek in the form of a Heamatoma rather hard to find comfortable position to rest!

Anyway have to say im on the mend swelling has gone down and able to sit without too much discomfort.

Im afraid to say no crafting has taken place this week.So i thought id share my desk with you .As i received some goodies last week that i am itching to have a play with.But havent got round to sitting in craftroom with out discomfort.

So these are the goodies lovely set of stamps by Andy Skinner just new out available from Calico Crafts .

My next set which ive been looking for never found until i popped by the Artist Trading Post

Bingo there they where this gorgeous set from Creative journey.So they had to be snapped up as living in London for so long it nice to have.Plus you see so many cards ATC's with Paris on thought be nice to have London on plus i have had some london charms for a while now.

So as soon as my mojo allows me to i will get creating.Also in piccy are some Wendy V Art Parts,also some other we stuff to alter.Wouldnt you think all these lovelies awaiting for me my mojo would be there in a shot!Nope...not a squiggle!

Heres close up of the stamps and also while i was a browsing just happened to get some Art Parts by the well know Wendy V.So im itching to play with those too but my mojo wont allow it.
My next piccy is a find from a carboot sale .I showed you the lovely desk lamp i got for a £1 sometime ago .Well this was another bargain at the same sale.You know when you see something think yes could do something with that.well thats the feeling i had when i saw this for 50p!

Yes it's a wooden key box .But i have deceided to re decorate it and it will be the home to my ink blending tools.Well that of course when my creative flare deceides to join me again.I have so many things to be creating yet i sat at my craft desk yesterday and well nothing happened .Even tried to do some inking that turned out wrong....lol So gave up!I added more items to my blog shop so please checkout the things i have for sale HERE .Bigshot and dies,prima flowers and more for grabs.
I am going up north on saturday to look after my dad as he is going in for his 2nd knee replacement.But i will contact Julia today re my PIF .As it is sat here ready for one lucky person to receive.I may well try and get on from my dads laptop and post.Have to see how things go.

Creative Inspiration Challenge 60 DT Project

Good Morning Sunday.I hope your all well and fitter than me!

Some of you will know early last week i feel down 10stairs !Not something i plan on doing regularly...lol.After visiting Gp and A&E several x-rays later i came home.On Rest with the use of crutchers.Well i just cant get comfee at all as i have huge haematoma on my botty like 3rd cheek.Whihc consultant wanted to aspirate soon told him it was going down...lol

So i havent been near my craftroom on daughters laptop .Craving to craft but unable to had some gorgeous stamps arriv this week too ,just itching to play.

Hey ho thats life i will be up in no time hopefully as i am surpose to be going to Dads on saturday as he's having his other knee replaced and needs someone there when he comes home sat.So we are all going.

Anyways onto todays challenge over at Creative Inspirations .This week Suzi has choosen the challenge.

So here's my DT Project

This is a Cupcake Recipe Tag book which i have made for PIF 2011.

I have used the Stampin Up Top Note die .I have been good and used recycled card.

When i use either paper pads 6x6 ,8x8 or 12x12 i keep the cardboard from the back .

Thats what i have used to make the tags with.Various Designer papers from the beautiful set From Wild Rosw Studio called

"Candy Floss"

The front ive used a decoupage cupcake whihc i was given as RAK.Added pearls from Kaisercraft,

Cupcake Ribbons were sent as RAK,the blue seam binding i died with rangers distress stains.These stains are lush if youve not tried your missing out big time!..lol

Flowers are prima and the Rose Wild Orchard Crafts.

I now before i send off have to add my cupcake receipes.

I would like to thank Cheryl for standing in for me for the next few weeks .
