Tims 12 Tags For Christmas Tag 12....Last one for 2011

This is the final tag of Tim Holtz 12 Tags for Christmas so sad it is finished .However ive learnt some fab new techniques and love this one.Now with this tag i have improvised again my wee white ideology doll just didnt look right so have used an image.Secondly i hadnt got any of Tim's tissue paper .So for the that i made my own i used normal white tissue paper stamped with Archival black ink.Silent Night stamp which im sure was from Magnolia one some years ago.I followed Tims Tag Technique for day 12 just the same Here. I have to say even though i used my own tissue it came out just the same !So you can improvise and get inspired!

Added the alphabet letters from the grunge seasonal pack used inka gold on Rubbed in to get that wee sparkle.Tim holtz rossette die and the wee snowflake and beautiful charms in the corner where from Funkie Junkie's esty shop HERE.Added cream lace ,with pearls adhered to and wee cream bow!

I have totaly enjoyed creating and being inspired by the 12 tags this year and well roll on next year will be my 6th Year!

Funkie Junkie 12 Tags For Christmas Tag 12!!

Well by george ive done it!!!Yep can you tell im pleased with myself...lol. The 12 Tags for Christmas that Linda was doing over at the Funkie Junkie.Well i have completed the last one this afternoon and so chuffed!
I've taken my inspiration from Linda's colour scheme keeping it gold/cream.I distressed the tag first of with frayed burlap &antique linen,Then i stamped faintly the beautiful image from one of my La Blanche stamps.I used Tim Holtz die tag,Birdgcage and the new christmas festive greenery die,rossettes die.I embopssed the birdcage with stampin up gold embossing powder .Added some cream vintage lace ,and found these beautiful string pearls.Added to the bottom and also to the center of the rossette. Used kaiser craft pearls for the mistletoe.I then got the t/holtz ticket die and distressed using same colours as the main tag,and embossed using the gold.The stamp is from stampin up also.The pin i made some time ago from odd beads i had collected.To finish it off sprayed the tag all over with perfect pearls "Biscotti"to c reate the dazzle bling effect.

The only trouble i had was trying to take a decent photo so dark and the gold kept coming up drab.so had to stand by my french doors in the end in my craftroom to get half decent piccy.
Thats me finished until i hope Linda does it again next year,hopefully more people will get to know and join in.So what now you ask well i am all armed ready for Sir Timmie tomorrow for the start of his 12 tags for christmas so do pop by .Can't say my tags will be as good a creation as his ,but worth alaugh..lol
