Morning all hope your having agood weekend .Well ive been making another gift set for a wee present .This time the card from the set and the candle i have entered into the below challenges .Im sure at alater date i will include the rest of the set thats when ive finished them .

Can't do today as something called life has gottin in the way...lol

No i am going into Bury with my youngest daughter and other 3 are going to the flicks to see "New Moon "so im going to sit in the craft shop have anatter and coffees in starbuks!Just what the dr ordered i feel .

Stamp/Decorate a candle.I have stamped the magnolia images and the snow ring using the masking method,coloured with copics ,glamour dust and tattered angels glimmer mist pearl.

Gems on snowflakes are from Kaisercrafts.The blue ribbon from Rak and the bags fronGina K Design.

So here's my take on these challenges. Ive used the lovely vintage stamp, out yet again this year.This is one of those stamps that you can bring out every year so!

I have stamped the image with stampin up classic Black

coloured with copics,glitter pens used on the stars and Glamour dust on his beard..

distressed the edges with the great wee tool from Tim Holtz which is fab!

D/Papers are mixture of DCWV and American traditions.

Brads from crafty stock i think they were from papermania.

bow from my crafty stash .I have now made these into a set of 5 all the same so i can sell as a pack at the alzheimers Bazaar.

Hope you like my take on your challenge.I may be back later with my project i started last week before health took aturn for worse ,but happy to say much better today so maybe just ,maybe im over the reaction !and back to my ittle old self!

Afternoon all ive had some time to craft and have made this card that originally wasnt going to be a christmas card ,i do think my mojo is getting ready for Christmas ...lol.It seems from watching the news my mojo isnt the only thing getting ready for christmas according to the news it has come to light that people have already started there xmas shopping !Well sadly thats not me yet i usually start 1st Oct so not too long to wait!Anyway enough of chit chat wanna have a peek at what ive been doing with my monday afternoon crafting hour?Well here goes,Hope you like ......

Cup Cake challenge this week is "Distress "which i have done on the border with distress ink to give old vintage look .

Christmas Vintage Decoupage

Today my daughter and i managed to get a couple cards made i will upload hers tomorrow she's 12 and has fallen in love with the "Snowman Collection"think lost that...lol

I found whilst cleaning out my craft room past 2 days this beautiful Kanban Decoupage Christmas CardKit.So thought about time i got them out the packets ..lol.

I am going to enter them into Fab's Big Christmas Card Challenge this week theme rectangle cards or to use glitter pen.So hope these will fit the bill!I have been meaning to enter this challenge for past 2 weeks not got round to it until now ooopppssss better late than never...

This is my take on these challenges; Theme i have used my loveable santa stamp,black ribbon , i have added glamour dust to beard & hat.

Santa's face i have used copics.

Sentiment is from my craft stash.

Hope you like my take on this challenge,i choose this design as sometimes simple cards are elegant,usually i tend to distress the cards using this stamp in previous years thought this would be different.

One Card 2 challenges.

I have made my very first 8x8 card and yes it's a christmas one again oh boy is my christmas card stash growing thanks to sooo many fab challenges .

The papers i have used are my fav's from the DaisyD's Premium Collection,Prima flowers from various collections,Green pearl brads are Papermania,and xmas gift brads are fromPoppicrafts.The stamped images are Magnolia's just adore these for christmas and winter time ,coloured with water colours,copics,and glamour dust.ribbon from stash and Border glitterations red from Anita's 3d dimensions collection 2009.

So the challenges i am entering this card for are

Winter Wonderland challenge

This weeks challenge over at Winter Wonderland is "Christmas Past "i had these decoupage sheets left over from last year such a shame to let them go to waste.I thought this would fit the bill for this challenge so cute too!hope you like my take on christmas past.

Winter Wonderland Week 4,DCD week 2

One card 2 challenges first .This weeks challenge over at Winter Wonderland is "BlueChristmas"so this is my entry for this challenge .I have used Bo bunny brilliant blue dot card to make the 6x6 card.I have used DCWV winter mat stackdesign papers ,verse on tag from Constance Parker Graham,gems from Papermania ,snowflakes from K&Co,ribbon and sentiment from my stash .Have carried the theme onto the inside of the card.I am so pleased i have found this challenge as it has given me inspiration to get my butt amoving and start on my crimbo cards so my thanks go to the winder Wonderland DT Memebers fro such an inspirational challenge blog.Hope you like my take on "Blue Christmas"

The second challenge is week 2 at "Die Cut Dreams " is spots and dots so this card fits that challneg with the lovely Bo Bunny brilliant blue dot card plus the gem dots.Hope you like thanks for all comments.

Winter wonderland challenge 3

This week the challenge over at Winter Wonderland is "Let it Snow" This is my first Crimbo card for 2009 so i do hope you like it.I have made a rule im going to carry on with this challenge every week to increase my crimbo card stock . Have used Magnolia images and made them as if she's gonna throw that snowball at him...lol.coloured with good old copics too.the paper is from last years xmas stock.Although this years papermania christmas backing papers are scrumptious truly!!!had a sneek peek in a mag .i just adore anything to do with christmas big kid really .but then when you think another 9 weeks and biy august is here and the christmas stash hits the shops.Thanks for the challenge glad i found you and am now going to enter in each week!
