WOYWW........132....OH Christmas Tree.

Good Morning Wednesday anf yes it's come round so quick this week that it's scary how fast December is actually going.Anyways time for peek at all those lovely craft desks around the world.If you would like to join in pop over and see our very own Boss Julia so pop over to her blog Here and join in the fun!

Well girls this is a long post so grab coffee our we sitting comfortably then i shall begin to tell you the desk is CLEAR!!!!Yep you heard right as i have finished Tim's 12 tags .So now i am cleaning up well actually think the Elf helped.So below piccy was state of paly this moring

Oh to right of my work station where i just push and pile well still needs a tidy up.

But not much !

Now before i show you all the piccys of Eleveden and the dogs which all waitng for last week.Here is a piccy of some of the tags ive made over the past few weeks for:

Now these are my crimbo decorations on my window sill and front window of the house .My wee display which all light up.

Now as promised piccys of Eleveden Forest where we go and get our real tree.This year we had trouble as the guy had said due to lack of rain in East Anglia the trees had suffered .Anyways after hunt in the cold we found the one they wanted...about time i was frozen stiff..lol

This piccy above is the New foundland dogs waitng to take the trees to the car for you in the carts
Now this one is ours below piccy.It was the dogs first time as he is only apuppy!!!Yes he's just 1year old so that tells you what size they grow to.Her name was "Misty"gorgeous!

Daughter giving misty goodgye cuddle as we had arrived and it was her turn to go back and get someone elses tree to carry.All this is done for charity and last year they made huge amounts for the hospices.

This one is 4yrs old and still growning just to show you the size.The piccies i rezied to email instead web,,,durrrh so sorry for size.!

Then here it is all decorated and home!

So after horrible week since i spoke to you last wednesday.Hope fully things are looking up fingers crossed and i wont count my chicken too soon.

Have lovely week not long left to do the shopping .Im not at all ready or even a wee bit excited .I think everything that went on last week in life certainly put downer on.Once gorsl finish school friday we hopefully get in the mood!

Challenge 12 Tags Funkie Junkie Style Tags 5,6, and 9

I have at last caught up and infact starting Tag 11 today.Yippeee.So here are the last of the tags that i had fallen behind with.

Tag 5

Linda's tag for week 5 was beautiful check it out here.I took my inspiration from the Black she had used.dont often use black on atag very rarely.

So i started by using Tim Holtz Tag die.I then had some scrap paper from last year that i covered the tag withI then distressed the tag with D/Inks the winter set and alsogathered twigs.Stamped images from Stampin up in Tea dye from SU,and Black Archival.I added abeautiful vintage image available from My friend June's website Dezinaworld.Printed it off on glossy card.Added glamour dust to edge of wings.Ther Ribbon was from an rak.The black swirls ive had for an age never used these are so glitzy from K&co.I used Tim Holtz ticket die and distressed this using gathered twigs and added festive berries to the edge.Then stamped in copper onto the tag.Made aborder from corrigated card covered in tattered Angel glimmer mist to give the shine.Added an old vintage button to finish it off.Hope you like how i got my inspiration for this tage.One thing i must use black more often..lol

Week 6 Tag 6

Again i got my inspirations from Linda's lovely tag she created for week 6 Here.My inspiration came from the Angel i so wanted to use that.Irealised i hadnt got any angel stamps but found some beautiful D/P Gold embossed from the beautiful set "December 25th "from Kaisercraft.I covered the Tim Holtz Tag Die with that.distressed the edges again with my fav gathered Twigs Distress Ink from T/Holtz autumn release.I then stamped the sentiment from the new Stampin up Release set of stamps called "A Christmas Carol"Used Clear emboss ink,then added Gold su embossing powder to get the finished look.The hessian was from Linda's ESTY Shop.The heart i had found in my stash.Whihc i added prima flowr and leaf to again added Tattered angels Glimmer mist to to get abit of bling.
Last of all added a beautiful metal angel charm with raffia to the bottom of the heart.

Week 9 Tag 9
The inspiration was drawn from The sheet music Linda had used on her tag whihc can be found Here.
Icovered the T/Holtz die cut tag with old sheet music ripped the edgdown one side added distress ink gathered twigs ...ummm guess you can tell this d/Iis a fav!..lol
I stamped the image of Tilda Carol Singing.Cut it out and coloured in with copics adding Glamour dust to the white fur of her coat and hat .I then stamped in archival black the sentiment "Glad Tidings we bring"(by Uptown Rubber Stamp Co),randomly over the tag.The lace i dyed using D/Inks Festive Berries and added kaisercraft pearls to it.I then clear embossed the New release stamp from SU "Beautiful Season"added Ranger embossing powder "Rich Redheated with heat gun." Cut the image out and stuck to tag.Lastly the embellishment button flower made from left over material,to add couple of musical notes to the tag to finish it off.
Hope you like how my inspiration from sheet music on Linda's tag came together.

Funkie Junkie 12 Tags Christmas ...Tags 7 and 8

Well catch up is nearly finished .Today i have for you tags 7 & 8 from

The funkie Junkie 12 Tags Christmas Challenge.

This has been a really fab challenge loads of inspiration so thanks Linda .Hopefully few more people will join in .you still have until Dec 15th to complete all 12 tags.
For this tag i took my inspiration from the snowflakes.I have used distress stains faded jeans and picket fence to get the background then sprayed with tattered angel glimer mist ivory to make sparkle.The flowers are prima i have coloured with copics added clear rock candy stickles to get the bling,The metal deer charm is from bo-bunny hooked up with ideology clip from Sir Tim's collection.The sentiment ive stamped clear embossing d/i ,and added baby blue demi moore embossing powder.This saying is one of my favs and for the life of me brain fog has taken over can't remeber where i purchased from!

The lace and snowflake gems are from my craft stash.The 25 i have coloured and added ivory glimmer mist, Do hope you like my tag week 7 no 7.

This is my Tag for week 8 .I have got my inspiration from santa off Lindas tag.
I have used paper fromold book distressed it with the lovely new
winter D/inks and gathered twigs whihc has to be firm fav.I then stamped in archioval black and Burgundy stamps Merry christmas from Stampin up.deck the halls too.I then had this lovely image of vintage santa whihc i added rock candy stickles to the tree and the sentiment on him i used glossy accents to bring it to live so to speak.The red trimming is from my craft stash.Finished off with a sticker from kaisercraft called dont forget..The ticket i also distressed and added crackle paint to clear .fixed onto the tag with a home made dress pin made from beads pearls from my stash.The riboon and fibers where from past rak.

12 Tags of Christmas The funkie Junkie Way...catch up

The Funkie Junkie 12 Tags Christmas Tag 10

Yes with being away due to Dad i have some catching up to do ,but hey these past 2 days ive been doing it .This is tag 10 i drew my inspiration from the embossing found here on Linda's Tag

I also used a fab technique found on ablog i love to follow which uses crackle paint to get into all the embossing .You can find the tutorial on Tammy's blog Here

The snowflakes are metal charms Snowflakes,corners i purchased from Linda's ESTY shop Here
.the beautiful beaded ribbon ive had in my stash for long while not used.The tag sentiment i just love this is stamped in the D/I Gathered Twigs whihc just is Lush!one of my new Favs!I then cut corrigated card sprayed with tattered ngels Glimmer mist pearl.

I added Raffier to the tag on the tag and some fibers to top of the tag.The dress pin i made from pearls and pins from my craft stock.Small glass snowflake was from an RAK.

Please check out the tutorial above as this is a fab technique and cant quite see on my tag but Tammy has some fab photo's to show you how the embossed crackle paint looks!

I absolutely love this verse and you will have seen it on a few of my tags before now.

Well i shall be back with the catch up tags from 6-9 later once my camera has charged and tags have dried.Im pretty pleased ive caught up!

Week 1 Tag 1

Well i am nearly there with my catching up of the week 1 and week 2 tags .I have just finished creating them and week 2 tag will be visible later on when it has dried.

But for now you have to settle for week 1 tag my inspiration for this tag came from Linda's tag and bascically the vintage santa

Ingredients used:
Tag :Tim Holtz die and SU Card
D/Paper :Bo bunny ET CETERA Collection
Distressed inks :Vintage Photo,Archival Plum and Aged Mahogony
Bottle Top :With 25 was from Vintage Christmas set The flower underneath was
die cut and then d/inked and added Inkessentials Glossy Accents.
Ribbon :Was also distressed with Antique Linen & Vintage Photo
Flowers and Brad :Prima
Tim Holtz Ticket :Distressed and then glossy accents added.Brad is SU
The image of santa is from some left over christmas papers from last year from Kaiser Craft i believe.and distressed the edges.Then burnt the edges with lighter be careful not to set alight ...lol .But i wanted daker look to the edge pleased with the result.no never burnt anything...!lol.
Ribbon and distressed Lace added to top of tag.

This Week im also entering this tag into Sunday Stampers the theme this week is Mojo.Well you all know my Christmas mode mojo hadnt arrived until i found Linda's 12 tags christmas and then bingo her creations soooo inspired me to try different colour combo's for Crimbo instead just the traditional colours.
Enjoy the heatwave anther hot and glorious day so enjoy while you can as apparently end of hurricane from USA hitting us by end week.There goes are Indian summer..lol
