Well my tears are rolling down my face as i went to my friends blog and read about

"RED FRIDAY" in support of all our soliders on there way home from war and who many are still out there fighting for there country & for the ones who sadly didnt make it R.I.P.Please join in support of all the hard work these troops have done ,and are doing for our country we should be so proud .So spread the word every fri

Creative Inspirations Challenge 8

Bored of making Birthday Cards

I am inundated with birthday cards,fathers day cards,i have so many personnel cards to make for May and June that this morning was fed up with making them .I made my first Christmas Card of 2009 !!!yipeeeeeeee,mind it may be the only one until beginning Dec ..lol.I just need a change and really enjoyed making it oh christmas is a coming.......

Morning all

Well had relaxing weekend even made some cards which i will upload later.Also did a bit of a face lift to my blog hope you like!Whilst i was in the process of doing this the girls decided they would like a blog !so spent most of yesterday afternoon blogging and designing,couldnt do much else as the long awaited rain finally fell !By looking at the forecast think it's going to continue to fall!!!lol just hope that wasnt the british summer we have just had for 4 weeks!
Today i plan to carry on with my cards as May/June seem to be full of Birthdays ,plus my wedding Anniversary on Sunday hubby never remembers!but must make card for that too.I am planning to take him out for dinner wether he forgets or not ,mind the girls doing a good job of reminding him!!!bless em.

One Project 2 challenges

First challenge is over at the Pink Elephant Challenge blog they have 2 choices this challenge mothers day and recycle so i choose recycle

CHALLENGE 2 at simonsaysstampschallenge. This week is Recycle open until 28th April.

So i have choosen this "Roundie"For both Challenges .

With a bit of a difference it is a blank free cd covered with Bazzil card stock,oval die cut the image is the spring magnolia coloured with copics E57,Y15 &RV13,& Inkssentials opqaue white.Prima flowers and a butterfly embellishment .The reycled items used are the CD, and Butterfly which came off alovely gift box someone had made me.

Thankyou card

This card i made on Monday afternoon it is a special thankyou to one of my crfating buddies from trimmie. Can't say who yet as they havent received it and will spoil the surprise.I have been fighting a Tribunal for some time now some of you may know some not but im not going to go into the ins and outs .But the hearing was on Friday and received a lucky Atc from her ,so i took it with me in my purse (still there actually) it was gruelling Tribunal from 2pm-4pm .Due to the time they were unable to give me the results there and then,they would post them to me and the envelope arrived monday morning and i had "WON"Yipppppppppppppeeeeeeeee,such aweight off my mind after months of hardwork ,stress and having bad effect on my Me/cfs.
I do believe this ATC brought me luck!I also am in process of making a card which i will upload here when finished for my loyal representitive "Julie Kemmy "for her loyal and hard work over the past year without her help i maynot be smiling today!Abig thanks to all my crafting buddies on trimcraft,& blogs and my lovely family who have supported me all the way through.

Stamp something challenge

This weeks challenge over at Stamp Something is to use the colours Yellow ,Gree,& Blue. Which i have done on this card for my friends birthday DCWV card,die cut blue card using nestabilities,prima flower,Quilled butterfly .Stamped image magnolia and prima flowers with mini wee brads,sentiment from craft stash "happy Birthday" .I have used this card design previously but i just love it and my friend admired it when i made one for a crafty buddie.So thought she could have one for her birthday.

Creative Inspirations challenge

I have used DCWV card and paper,prima flowers,sugar coated brad,buttons are the small size from stash,Ribbons are from my stash and i have platted them to give a twist look or hopefully acheive that look ..lol.The banner is a peel off sticker mounted on card left over from backing.

The wondera has returned

Well im back full of life.....not since being away on my fabby break to my Dad's and the Lake District and may i just say thanks to the great bristish weather never had fleece on t-shirt weather all the time ,until wednesday at dad's the cold easterly wind popped up to say hello before we left.Didn't really mind as we had such a hot and sunny break it was fab only problem im suffering now!Never mind these things come to try us.

I must mention i actually after months of chatting to my friend June who has many blogs and i met on the trimmie forum.Well on Wednesday we meti would just like to say a big Thankyou to her and Sam (o/h)for making us so welcome we had great time chatting and seeing them .Hopefully will do the same very soon when i pop back to Darlo.Next time i think shopping trip will be on the cards.....omg i hear you say>>>lol.

Whilst i was away no crafting got done ,we managed to get some fab pics of the lakes though.So know with June nearly approaching i hate this month apart from fathers day stuck in the middle i have 14 birthday cards to make!!!So over next couple week you know what i shall be doing.

I have received several awards whilst ive been away thanks to Tracy,Lia,& Sharron . I am passing them on to various people so heres who im giving these awards to.

HI some good news

Well i just thought pop on to say hi from Darlo we have been here since coming on thursday and have spent some lovely time in the Lakes .The weather well for uk has been fabby hot sunshine blue skies and even sun burn what more could you want on your Easter Break.

Morning Monday 6th April

Well i think Spring has certainly sprung with tyhe weather this past week,but the weekend had to be the hotest.So dint get much crafting done sat outside and got ready my hanging baskets ,and tubs ready for end April when i shall hopefully be able to start to fill.That is if the frosts have gone to bed for good!

I did manage however 2 get acouple of cards done well lie really my eldest did one,Sophie sat with me not done this for ages ,always something better to do!lol

Well just before i go may not be around for much this next week as we are of on a wee Easter Break oooooh where i here you say "Darlington"then the Lakes then over to Whitby so fingers crossed the weather stays past thursday.

This weeks challenge over at Creative Inspirations is the theme of Easter but using Green & Yellow crafts projects have to be in by the 19th April so pop on over check the fab prize on offer.

Spring Has Sprung

I have been busy and kept my promise to start and scrap some of my photos .The one of the sunset was set in Weeting on mothers day playing with the new camera ,just had to scrap it!The other layout was a day trrip to London with my daughters best friend ,as it was her farewell leaving presnt.As shed not been to London and was moving up north so may never get the chance again.Well my daughter and her certainly had some laughs .Those times were captured especially when my daughter nearly fell backwards into the fountain what sight that would have been great day had by all.

Having finishes all my Easter cards thought id have play .The cards below o have done with the GORJUSS girls stamps i just adore these can't wait for the second set to arrive soon.

Well spring has sprung and i only hope the weather stays this way for us all now that the children break up today and tomorrow for Easter.We are going up north for week to visit dad ,pop over to the lakes and have areally nice break i hope .As i could do with it and if the weather stays as glorious as it is now then it will be fab!

Just like to say Happy Mother's Day to all of you out there hope yesterday you all had a great day and waited on hand and foot !I did wow gotta be a first breakkie in bed by my daughters ,hubby not happy he only got cuppa plus woke us at 8.30 am so not exactly chuffed.The rest of the day went fab hubby cooked dinner ,all dishes cleaned up .Chloe came out with a cracker my youngest,"Dad i want you to cook every sunday"whey hey i thought but nope didnt fall for it ,nice try though.

Morning

Sorry ive been abit AWOL this week after spending beginning of the week inA&E with youngest due to a accident at school the rest of week till thursday is ablurrrr.Any way the graze has hit the crafting world !boy hands up im addicted ,a friend on the trimmie forums has created a "Roundie" well once i started couldnt stop .They are 4" circle you decorate and hopefully swap.You can use a center piece on your cards .Pics above show them complete.They are bigger than ATC,similar to a FATPAGE.go see take alook! Easter Friendship Card

This card is a special friend Easter card .The card is made up from stamped images.Which are the new EASTER MAGNOLIA RANGE from http://www.craftsulove.co.uk/ along with the lovely patterned papers from there 12x12 range yellow with small glitter flowers on.The images were coloured with copics .Prima Flowers and brads from my crafty stash,small tag says special friend form doodlebug designs.Sorry for poor photo my camera is dying real colour not coming through.My mother's day wish list is getting longer bit like the girls xmas list.Well they will keep bringing out loads of lovely crafty bits!

Good Evening

I havent been on for a couple of days at the moment have youngest off with yet another cold and real bad ear ache.Still craving to craft as yet not able so i have uploaded some cards i made before my injury.I think the blue & yellow flowers is my fav cards just adore these colours.First time i attempted quelling with the wee butterfly ,but dont think i will be doing much too fiddley and time consuming for my liking but a least i gave it a bsah the image is coloured with copics my fav new craft toy for some months now.The papers i got from Crafts u Love sale in there 12x12 bundle .Must say some fabby papers and cardstock.I would like to thank my fellow blog friends Andrea & Sharron for giving me these awards much appreciated big thanks girls!I would like to pass these awards to all my fellow crafters who pop by to visit my blog please feel free to take with my thanks.

Mothers Day Card 2 challenges 1 card

This is the Mother's Day Card i have made for Challenge 20 on Trimcraft Forum .Theme was Mother's Day any creative project .There are some fab entries of all different creative makes,from albums to cards. Aso the challenge 9 at http://charismacardz.blogspot.com/ is for mothers day also ,so have done one card 2 challenges.
I have used the forever friends decoupage set i received as a gift for christmas embellished with organza pink ribbon and my old faithful prima flowers which i adore.The card is poowder pink shimmer card .Luckily i had already made this card before i injured my hand just hadnt uploaded the piccys.Good luck to all taking part in the challenge,i think looking at the entries were all winners .Go take a peek there are some very talented people out there.
