Friendshipm Card

Good Morning well after an event ful day yesterday im still here.I had been having a naggin pain in my rt eye for about over a week ,but thought nothing of it.Then Sunday had burst blood vessel.Then Tuesday night the pain got unbearable and my eye started to weepvery blood shot.So hubby advised to go drs.So i rang yesterday morning and to my shock horror got opd for 9.10am that day.From there went from bad to worse,was then sent to the hospital straight away to Eye Treatment specialist.

What alarmed me the most i didnt realise until after having eye test at drs,that my vision in rt eye had been effected so much i could litteraly only read the first 5 letters...Omg !!i was shocked .After several examinations coming away with eyes like a vampire and in pain.Still really no further forward,they are unsure whats causing pressure behind my eye .I have drops yes and i hate anything to do with eyes so pleased i dont have to wear contacts just wouldnt be able to do it!I still hate anything to do with eyes even if some one came into A&E id still try to avoid...lol.So i have to apply 2 lots drops both drops 4 times aday which is nightmare!!!.Have to go back this am and again monday and wednesday for tests but defo not infection,but very painful and from finding out loss vision too.So wont be bloggin much over next few days .

Anyways life out the way now down to my creations 2 cards today .The First card well out my comfort zone with this colour combo wouldnt have thought to use.But thanks to Incy Wincy's inspirational piccy .I rather like the combination and even made 2...lol

What's On Your work Desk Week..49

Good Morning Wednesday!

Whats on your desk today?Well first of all this piccy below is the messy part of my deskMy paper rack whihc hold paper packs as well as individual papers pre cut cards various sizes awaiting to be used.Then i have 2 lots draws first wee aet is full of stampin up items infront of that we have my tim Holtz book and my gypsy whihc i havent used and brand new in box which im selling in between those some d/paper cut offs whihc need to be put away.Before i go on and your totaly lost ot why im showing you these piccys .Why not pop over to Julia's blog join in and have some fun as well as making new crafty friends seeing what creations there up to!

My desk this week is abusy one this next piccy .Shows a card im finishing off this is or will be a top note Easel recipe card.My pile of stamped images or rapidly going down i did when my mojo went on holidaynext to them is a new stamp that came yesterday with some other crafty bits from stamp and create.

Here are a number of cards i finished yesterday and will be uploading to my blog later today.One of them is for a challenge card and not really used colour combo mint ,brown &cream but kinda liked it!so will defo use that combination again.My good old circuit in the back ground collecting dust not used since saturday!

Here you can see that i have now completed the front of a Baby Paper bag Album whihc is 8x8 out of acid free brown lunch bags ,which have been pressed and sewn together.Im hoping to get this finished by next week so pleaase pop by next wednesday to see if it is.I used the tilda image from the Easter/Spring Collection thought it was apt for new born baby.I adore paper bag albums as you may have seen from previous posts ,but it has been along time since i did my last one.

Cards already made still some images to add to projects.Update just to let you know if i dont get round you all today to leave a message i will by next wed.Ive just returned from drs and they are sending me to see consultant at 12.30 as had pain inmy eye now think?not sure i have glucoma ?something is causing pressure behind my eye woke up with load burst blood vessels so girls will try and get round you soon.Life just gets in the way of our crafting duties...lol

Good Morning all hope you all had a fab weekend ,well cant beleive it's May and where still experiencing Jack Frost!!!Ive been Keeping warm and i have two creations to show you in this post .Ive actually got round to using some of the stamped images i had on my desk from when my mojo took it's holiday!!!lol.

The first creation looks lovely and spring like ive used some lovely Stampin up designer papers for the life of my cant rememeber which set it will come to me so will add later.This first card is for my friend whos going through bit rough patch.I know when ever im having hard time that a card can always make you feel well a little better and makes you feel your friends do care.So im entering this creation into the following challenges:

ME/CFS Awareness Week 9-15thMay

ME/CFS Awareness Week

As most of you know i have suffered with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia since 2006.This week is Me awareness week .To make people aware of this condition.Many people like myself turn to crafting to help pace there day.Everybody sufferes differently and can be of any age.Basically im not going to put you through what ive experienced myself anyone suffering from ME or interested in this medical condition can go Here and read my story.

Now one crafter who is a suffering from this illness is Rachel and she is doing some fundraising and all you crafters can help by buying her images.This week is ME awareness week and Rachel one of other dt members over at Lexi's Creations is raising some money for the charity AYME by selling some fab images, by Lexi.AYME is a charity who help young people with ME/CFS, aged 0-26 find information, support and friendship*Copied from the website*Why is fundraising important?AYME charges no membership fees. Baby Summer's Paperbag Album Front Cover

Good morning all hope you all have fab weekend!Well this morning i actually started on a Baby album .Well i have at least created the front cover.I have been meaning to start this for few weeks now ,but with everything going onhavent had chance, but this morning i thought they are all in bed even bobbie so i will crack on.I have based the front cover on the sketch over at Allsorts Challenge thanks just the inspiration i needed to get a move on with it.!I would also like to enter into the following challenges also:

Front Cover Layout for BabySummer's Paperbag Album

This is a 8x8 Paper bag album Made from acid free bags ,whihc i bought off ebay.I have pressed and stitched and put holds in top.I have making this album for my dearest friend "Maggie"Who's daughter recently gave birth to a daughter called"Summer".

I have used this wonderful Tilda Image from Easter/Spring Collection as thought it was ideal.A new beginning a new life being hatched!!!..lol.so these stamps arent just for Easter !Coloureed with copics and Glossy accents added to center of flowers.

I have used assortment of baby girl ribbons to line the top of the album these i bought when at dads from Boyes the dept store.

I have used papers from Craft Creations Pink meadow stripes,the other design paper had in my scrapbook.Both the lace's our from an Rak whihc i adore the pink one.The flowers are from Prima and WOCrafts.the leaves punched with Mcguils fern punch.

This is abit different to the norm i usual create as it opens bottom up instead of sideways.

The front is a card whihc opens and inside i have written the babys details ie DOB,Name weight ect.

I will add photo once the ink is dry as dont want to smudge.

Isn't she just vCracking!!!...lol

Now down to buisness i have been busy getting stamped image swaps sorted to post tomorrow.And also the start of my first Christmas Card for 2010.Im afraid all good intentions of doing one a week and joining in with my good friends challenge blog Bah Humbug went by the way side ...sorry girls hope to be with you shortly.By that time they will have finished all there Crimbo cards...lol

This is a card i made and uploaded to my blog yesterday still laying on my desk.The plaque of my mum pride and place on my work space,bless her.Su stamps still in box unused or put away!!must get round to it sometime this week.Brown box near the circuit i use this to put Embellishments in ie: ribbons ,gems ,flowers ect that i am going to use on the card im going to create or whatever project im working on.I get my colour scheme together before i start i just find it much easier that way .Then whats left i put away in there place when finished.
Calculater left on desk from yesterday after doing my banking!Better view of mum's plaque and again the same stamped images minus 2 that were sat on the desk last week.

Good Morning Tuesday...Tilda in Pink!

"Tilda Had A Little Lamb"

good Morning Tuesday hope you all had good Bank Holiday weekend.Weather lived up to the Great British Name.Had lovely Anniversary received 12 white Galia Lillies from hubby...arrrrhhh.We spent most weekend looking for new car and then we got ours valued ,thats when the probs occurred we had nt noticed to me nothing seemed wrong.But the guy pointed out that we had a huge bulge in tyre,i explained not even year old BMW tyres are dear!!!Anyway there went £220 straight off we had to get it done incase Andy had blow out,I was hoping fault on the tyre no such luck!Told it was due to all the pot holes on the roads!!

Thanks Council.Anyway we did find a new car lovely fingers crossed we hear from dealership today and may pick up sat.So turned out to be expensive anniversary....

Anyways on today and it can only get better keep telling myself this alot laterly ,but some how doesnt seem to be!

Well first of all Bobbie is doing fine settled in well and is sooooo cute!!!Yesterday we took him along to Jolleys the pet store as they had open day and where doing micro chipping .I wanted him done and the vets charged £25 we only paid £7.50 special for that day.Have to say it hurt a wee little yelp cam eout but soon recovered to eat his treat!We cam ehome with loads of freebies dont think i got thats many freebies when i had my girls...lol
