WOYWW....94....Certainly Not My Mojo

Good Morning all i cant get my head round the fact we are nearly in April !Where has this year gone.Maybe spending every wednesday doing the snope...lol .If you'd like to do the same then why not pop by Julia's blog the Stamping Ground find out what it's all about join in the fun.Well i didnt do so bad last week got round most of you apart from a couple with wrong links but hey how will try again this week.

First of all i have a wee game for you yes .On my floor is a box which i received last Thursday What i want you to try and guess is what ever came in it.Now dont cheat the piccy and answer is at the bottom of this post.I will give you a clue it came Via courier DHL........
Now im afraid my mojo has gonna a missing im suffering this week So pleased i have got my 100th WOYWW creation made incase it dont return!.I cant use the left arm .I went back to hospital on Monday for my results and they have referred me over to Neurology now and have to wait until 12th May to see consultant .So im sure what im experiencing down my left side of face also is to do with what he told me that it's highly likely i have MS.
All these letters i should put after my name you now as htese proffessionals do.

I have 3 things on my desk im at present trying to do .Below as you can see have had distress inks out and getting inky over weekend whihc still here today.Plus a Domino tile i altered and covered with Clear Rock stickles.Ready for some inspiration to finish.

This shows couple other projects for mothers day on Sunday whihc doesnt give me long to get sorted .Had to cover one up on the right as is DT creation you can just see the spray of blue flowers.

Now after showing you all my wee charms and trinkets last week .I had creative inspiration to take them out an old stampin up box and fill my chest with them whihc i did but felt it was too plain.

So on wednesday and thursday i covered and created it into a chest for my charms .

This is the front of my box i may still add somemore bits to top of the chest when mojo returns.As think it looks bit bare .Dont you?

The wee ribbon i was sent in a swap.If you want to see more piccys will be above this post as ive entered it into a challenge or two.

Now for the biggie...yes delivered by DHL whom i told i hadnt ordered anything big.

Hubby was there also and he hadnt .The only thing id ordered was abook!

Tim holtz book ive been after .DHL man said nope wont be that!

What awaste of money and packaging .Yes it was my Tim Holtz book off Amazon came in box this size by DHL.......Laughable but at same time what a waste of money.IT could have easily gone large letter recorded.The good thing was i opened it up and DHL man was sat outside doing paper work .I just shouted yep was my book!He came out to check we laughed but at same time what waste .Obviously Amazon have money to waste!Still can't beleive it really..laughable
Anyways thanks for all the lovely messages and i will hope to get round you all this week again.

WOYWW 93.....Messy But In aLovely Way..lol

Welcome to another WOYWW 93 we are getting closer to the 100th .I have already finished my creation...lolFor once im ahead of myself...Anyway yes it's wednesday again and the weeks just seem to be flying by started off lovely springlike and now think wintrs come back!No sunshine or blue sky,just mist damp and cold!

Thanks for all the kind comments i made it through most except for some that blogger were either playing up or was just being pig headed and didnt want me to see..lol.

Well this was my desk last night and this morning.I am at the moment creating a configuration box of MR T's .I was actually sorting through my bits to see what i maybe able to use.Really you dont realise how much you have until you start rummaging. The above piccy is my desk and the following piccys are close up's so you will be able to see all my wee bits and pieces.

This piccy is my over flowing box i keep them in Well one of them havent showed you the other!.So i have now started to paint well sunday a wee chest to keep them in.Hopefully that will be completed next week so i can show you.

Here's a close up of some of my wee treasures.Top rt hand corner i have my creative bits sewing machine cotton reel,scissors and maniqune(dont think thats how you spell it..lol)you now what i mean.Next to them you will see this wee beautiful chest that opens so havent yet made my mind up whats going in there yet but so cute!shame to use...thats my problem love these trinkets so much dont want to use them im daft sod ! Then have some trees with birds and a lovely fairy door near the moon some clock faces .

Heres some more wee goodies the birdcages finally found some !yep so i am defo going to incorporate one after seeingall those lovely displays from Tims crafting sessions in the Uk few weeks ago.

so not much going on just sorting through my wee bits so i can plan each wee box .

I did also manage yesterday to amke a card and paint photo frame and my chest box .So i didnt waste a day drooling over my charms and trinkets.

Creative Inspirations DT Card and Craft Barn Challenge

My second post today is for the Craft Barn Challenge
My wish had been cgranted this week thanks so much for choosing
my wish!


This is my creation ive made a tag used the new Tim Holtz colour wash distress inks to ink my tag in Wlanut stain .I then added Rangers alcohol ink mixatives gold and heated to dry it.This piccy ive had for sometime and just loveee it so romantic.The pearls are from Prima


The ribbons and lace i bought when i was home in a wee fab shop calls Boyes.
I have stuck all 3 to the bottom of the tag,so the ribbon embellished with beads hangs below.
The wee gold rose was a charm id had for awhile and the Tag Dream was sent too me in an RAK swap


Now i hear you say my wish was to make Concentina flower/Rossette flowers for people who hadnt got die cut machines (even though i have....lol)Now have to say what a fab challenge ive come to conclusion got too bigger fingers..lol.
Anyway if you check out the Craft Barn Blog you will see the many ways the dt made these flowers .So muggins here had fab idea to use a Friskas Edges ruler to get the effect and scored the strip papers and on 4th time this is what i completed the Rossetta Concentina Flower.
Boy do i need practise.....Then for the middle i stuck a Tim Holtz ideo-logy charm to the middle

May Your Dreams Come True!

Good Morning well looks like the Blue skies and sunshine are back,but hey that wind is a bit on the Parky side !Anyways i had time yesterday to get Inky !Boy i did just that didnt know what it would turn out like as ive never altered a domino.
First of all i well and truly got inky with my distress inksBrushed Corduroy,Rusty Hinge,and Aged Mahogony& bit Spiced Marmalade.I then had a stamped image that had been sent to me so i used embossing pen and added silver SU powder to heated and got this result i did the same put added Debbie More baby blue to the car.Stamped the sentiment down the side which is a stamp i received sometime ago from Crafty Individuals.
I then used this beautiful fringe stamp from Prima and Embossed in gold SU powder to the bottom added my brads which i hit to distress them but unfortunately must invest in a hammer sure i have some somewhere.I then sewed the image to the fringe with metal wire.(Never before have i tried this love using it!
My Domino i inked the Whole thing with Krylon Copper Leafing Pen I saw this technique on the CraftBarn Blog.I Added my image ,then covered in Rock Candy Stickles all over .I added the beaded pin to the top of the domino and stuck down with my cordless heat gun(Highly recommend this Gun!!)
Coloured in my prima flower added clock face from my stash stuck to the middle.Added an aray of fibers and made wee charm to go through the top of the tag.

Free As A Birdie

Good Morning all and boy where's Spring gone?!Cold north eastererly wind blowing here this morning.Heres me thinking the cold weather had gone to bed for good....lol
Today i have for you yet another tag ive been experimenting with my distress inks.I have used
Spiced Marmalade,Dried Marigold,Antique Linen Wild honey.the stamp is Tim holtz from one of his new released sets.I have outlined the bird from the stamp with Sakura Black GlazeThe bottomborder fringe stamp is from Prima i have embossed that with Black embossing powder from SU.The Trim ive glued on whihc is from my overflowing crafty stash..lolThe beautiful metal bird cage is bronzed with Krylon.Fibres added from my stash.Flower Prima coloured with added gem from Kaisercraft.


Sorry about the piccy it's so dark and drab this morning!
the light seems to have reflected on the birds head!

Easter Treats Easel Card

Good afternoon not so nice as yesterday cold bitter wind,so my daughter informs me snow by end week!Here's me thinking spring had arrived.

Well it has in my craftroom every year for Easter i usually make homemade treats and need new holders.Last year it was Easter baskets so this year wanted to try something new.

So i have incorporated an easel card into a treat holder.I can hear you sounds yuck but i am pleased with the end result.Love to know what you think.

The cardstock is all SU ,the D/Papers springtime forever friends.the sentiment is from the same set also.

I have had to take various piccys so you can get the idea .The ribbon ive used is from forever friends springtime collection.The Easter we sign is from last years stock.the flowers are punched in felt and ive added gem.The centres made using nesties die cuts,round punch ,and small ovals.

so you get card and prezzie in one!

WOYWW 92.....Spring is in the Air

Well Woywwers this is the sorry state of my ribbon draw.Yes my craftroom looks beauitful but my ribbons don't!So that is on the agenda this week spurred on by Really Reasonable Ribbons who are having an organization week with some fab Prizes to giveaway.I certainly could do with some of them...lol.Well at least they are colour coded the ribb0n bags so wont be too hard to tidy...or maybe it just might.Only have 3 of each colour...lol.Nest down fall to Prima Flowers!

Anyways it's Wednesday.......So

Good morning Woywwers gosh time is flying by another few weeks we will have reached the 100th nosy.Yes it's wednesday again hump day known to many of us .I know that your thinking but when ever i was on a week nights.Wednesday was know as hump night once we got wednesday over the weekend was here and that meant a whole week off!

So now what does it mean well thanks to the Boss M/S Dunnit of the Stamping Ground .

Know house work gets done on wdensdays we all nosey on down to everybodies desk to see what they are creating!So if you fancy joining in pop over to Julias blog link above and join in our wednesday delight!Sad i know but we just love it !Being nosey of course....

I must say this week the photo at the bottom is one of the prizes that i won from OWOH ....thanks so much Fiona beautiful plaque.It will be pride and place in my craftroom.
Lots things going on this week i have actually taken time out me time to
do some well earned crafting and catch up with projects i have outstanding.this was my desk last night well lie really as i had my creation thats nearly finished for the Big WOYWW 100.So had to move that and also a dt card.You can spot some tags drying which are in the making.In the below piccy theres some pastel ribbons and some images i have to get colouring for dt project.Near the tags and key board you can just see a lovely chain this was sent by a dear friend in US .Who thought maybe i could use or take to bits for crafting.Beautiful vintage watch think i will use to nice to break up dont ya think?
