Happy Birthday WOYWWERS .....Wow all those desks weve looked at ,loved ,commented.all those bloggin friends weve come to find across the world .all down to the lovely Ms dunnit and the introduction of WOYWW....well what did we ever do on a wednesday morning?

I am away this week enjoying the beautiful sunshine and country side of the dales.Ive gone to visit dad,he was surpose to have his 2nd knee replacement last tuesday .but unfortunately been put back until 26th june.Enjoying are time here anyways so nothing to show on my desk this week.

my PIF is in the mail thanks julia for organizing that before i went away.Thankyou for 2 wonderful nosey years.

Well Wednesday here again and going so fast next week of course is the Big week yes 104 PIF.

Well last week if you may remember i fell down ten stairs well since then not much crafting has gone on as i ended up in casualty!After several x-rays later i was allowed home but to rest.I have to say easier said than done as when you have a third bum cheek in the form of a Heamatoma rather hard to find comfortable position to rest!

Anyway have to say im on the mend swelling has gone down and able to sit without too much discomfort.

Im afraid to say no crafting has taken place this week.So i thought id share my desk with you .As i received some goodies last week that i am itching to have a play with.But havent got round to sitting in craftroom with out discomfort.

So these are the goodies lovely set of stamps by Andy Skinner just new out available from Calico Crafts .

My next set which ive been looking for never found until i popped by the Artist Trading Post

Bingo there they where this gorgeous set from Creative journey.So they had to be snapped up as living in London for so long it nice to have.Plus you see so many cards ATC's with Paris on thought be nice to have London on plus i have had some london charms for a while now.

So as soon as my mojo allows me to i will get creating.Also in piccy are some Wendy V Art Parts,also some other we stuff to alter.Wouldnt you think all these lovelies awaiting for me my mojo would be there in a shot!Nope...not a squiggle!

Heres close up of the stamps and also while i was a browsing just happened to get some Art Parts by the well know Wendy V.So im itching to play with those too but my mojo wont allow it.
My next piccy is a find from a carboot sale .I showed you the lovely desk lamp i got for a £1 sometime ago .Well this was another bargain at the same sale.You know when you see something think yes could do something with that.well thats the feeling i had when i saw this for 50p!

Yes it's a wooden key box .But i have deceided to re decorate it and it will be the home to my ink blending tools.Well that of course when my creative flare deceides to join me again.I have so many things to be creating yet i sat at my craft desk yesterday and well nothing happened .Even tried to do some inking that turned out wrong....lol So gave up!I added more items to my blog shop so please checkout the things i have for sale HERE .Bigshot and dies,prima flowers and more for grabs.
I am going up north on saturday to look after my dad as he is going in for his 2nd knee replacement.But i will contact Julia today re my PIF .As it is sat here ready for one lucky person to receive.I may well try and get on from my dads laptop and post.Have to see how things go.

Creative Inspiration Challenge 60 DT Project

Good Morning Sunday.I hope your all well and fitter than me!

Some of you will know early last week i feel down 10stairs !Not something i plan on doing regularly...lol.After visiting Gp and A&E several x-rays later i came home.On Rest with the use of crutchers.Well i just cant get comfee at all as i have huge haematoma on my botty like 3rd cheek.Whihc consultant wanted to aspirate soon told him it was going down...lol

So i havent been near my craftroom on daughters laptop .Craving to craft but unable to had some gorgeous stamps arriv this week too ,just itching to play.

Hey ho thats life i will be up in no time hopefully as i am surpose to be going to Dads on saturday as he's having his other knee replaced and needs someone there when he comes home sat.So we are all going.

Anyways onto todays challenge over at Creative Inspirations .This week Suzi has choosen the challenge.

Non Cooking Receipe

So here's my DT Project

This is a Cupcake Recipe Tag book which i have made for PIF 2011.

I have used the Stampin Up Top Note die .I have been good and used recycled card.

When i use either paper pads 6x6 ,8x8 or 12x12 i keep the cardboard from the back .

Thats what i have used to make the tags with.Various Designer papers from the beautiful set From Wild Rosw Studio called

"Candy Floss"

The front ive used a decoupage cupcake whihc i was given as RAK.Added pearls from Kaisercraft,

Cupcake Ribbons were sent as RAK,the blue seam binding i died with rangers distress stains.These stains are lush if youve not tried your missing out big time!..lol

Flowers are prima and the Rose Wild Orchard Crafts.

I now before i send off have to add my cupcake receipes.

I would like to thank Cheryl for standing in for me for the next few weeks .

Good Morning another Wednesday has arrived and can't believe it 's nearly half way through May.I managed to get round nearly all of you last week .So wonder whos' ready for the snoop this week.Well if youve not got a clue about what im going on about then pop over to the Boss who invented this wedensday addiction Ms Julia over at the Stamping Ground which i notice has had a Makeover !!!lol

My week started off fantastic i was honoured to be choosen for guest designer by Linday over at Studio l3 Grungy Monday Challenge. Where you will be able to see my GDT creation .I was so honoured and chuffed if youd like to see a peek of my creation go Here .

Now this week on my desk are the finished ATC's from last week.If you remember i had inked them up to re staart my mojo.Well finally took 5 days to complete and now will be ready to send off to my 2 partners in the swap.

I am hooked now on using beeswax in bottle caps the middle atc above reddish one i have added beeswax to the inside of the cap and then put in beautiful bird brad.

Not much else going on im afraid the week started off well .But yesterday my left side gave way and i took a big fall down the stairs .Yep today i feel like ive been run over by bus!..lolOnly couple fractured ribs ,bruised back and purple bum cheek so my daughters tell me ...lol
I will try and get round you all again depending on how long i can sit at atime.As havent had much sleep.I will be so gl;ad when 23rd june comes and i go get all my results as last thursdays opd didnt happen long story,to say the least i was fuming.
Anyways have fab creative wednesday and week.
I shall leave you with birds eye view of part of my desk!

Tim Holtz Grungy Monday Challenge 7

Good morning all hope you all had creative weekend.Well this monday i have some exciting news well for me!..lol

Im so Honoured to be asked to be guest Designer at Grungy Monday Challenge blog .Thankyou so much Linda .As soon as i was asked i got straight into my creation.So pleased i did as after Easter and all the bank holidays my mojo went on his holidays...lol.Anyways this weeks challenge is........Grungy Monday 7

1 8x8 canvas picture that i bought at pound shop,didnt like design on it ,so gave it a layer of Gesso.Ran a hard bristol brush through the gesso to get the texture/design .I love to reuse and recycle rather than bin! Then used the technique for this weeks challenge (which can be found in link above )stamped in Rangers distress inks ,spiced marmalade,wild honey,aged mahogany,fired brick,barn door ,dried marigold .I then got my background i wanted .

I used smaller canvas as my centre point did same technique and colours .Stamped Tim Holtz collection stamp from Stampers Annonymous in Distressed clear embossing ink,added Black embossing powder heated.

I then covered 3 inchies from matt board and added Tim Holtz tissue tape,randomly stamped over the tissue tape.I added grunge alphabet letters i then distressed and then added glossy accents to to give the shine on the letters.I stamped the Stampin Up ruler and bodice/mannequin from there new set "Sew Lovely"

The metal face was from esty,the lovely fringe trim was from Boyes dept store.I then Stamped Tim Holtz stamp in black memento and distressed cut up and arranged down the left handside of canvas.I added Kaiser craft pearls in colours to match background ,metal charm scissors and decorated pin which ive stuck into cotton reel die cut from cardboard.These where from Maya Road set Can't remember where i got this set from.

I found some yellowy gold glitter buttons so added them down the side to finish off.The flowers are made from material ive stuck onto a circle nestie die and gone round in circles with the material then added to a doiley i distresses with Spiced Marmalade.

The tag i made to match.Used same technique and distress colours for back ground .Then stamped the sewing machine stamp randomly onto the tag in Tea dye(Doesnt show very well in photo)The flower is same technique as i used on the canvass one .The buttons come from my stash gold silver glitter ones.I used a Dynomo to get my sentiment Sew & Sew .Added the mannequin die cut which i added fibres round the body a metal feather that i dyed using Alcohol inks.Finished off with a crown charm on the top.Added the same fibers to the top of tag with a silver sewing machine charm from my stash.The flower is made of material stuck on to nestie circle same as the main canvas.These where from a PIF gift i received.This is also a PIF gift i shall be sending on.

Woyww....101

Good morning Gosh another Wednesdasy has arrived so fast!Before we know it it will be
104 and PIF can't wait and have already got my creations done.Thankgoodness the way my mojo has been lately.But thanks to comments last week ,i have been doing and taken advice from you fellow crafters.

Well it's wednesday and ~Nosey time again and if youve not got any idea of whatim talking about pop over to the Boss lady herself who started this Crafters nosey Addiction.Thanks to Julia have made many friends and learnt new ideas and techniques.What would i do on a wednesday if i hadnt got "Woyww" it sure is addictive.So if you want abit of the wednesdasy snoop then check out her blog Here

Well thanks for all the advice on my Mojo last week took it on board and yesterday .I got inky which you will see from the piccys .But also had good tidy and clearout.

Which i had to say i was ruthless and have load of crafty items no longer required .Including my Bigshot that is now up for sale as "Mr V" has left him redundant!lol

I also found many stamps lily of valley,penny black STampin Up ,and Magnolia stamps i no l;onger need.Plus,nesties dies and other stuff whichi have for sale HERE ...so please take alook if interested email me.They are looking for homes where they will be loved and used..lol

This weeks Desk

Now secondly yes yesterday i finally sat at my desk to craft ,sat and sat then deceided to get inky Wow fab time i had as you can see form the desk.Got the old inks out mini mister,and inked away at some ATC's for swap at the end of the month.


These are the results above various clours and designs .I only had enough mojo though to do one.It still is not back fully but hopefully will be shortly im planning on doing some today to keep momentum going as they say!

I would like to thankyou all for your comments last week ,i managed to get round most of you.
Hope to do thesame this week.I am so pleased that i did a DT creation beofre Easter when mojo was in full swing as they say .As next week this Project goes live so will show you all next wednesday!Oh got another bargain from the boot sale but battery died so will have to wait until next week to show.But have to say my lamp is fab dont know what id do without it!

Mojo May Be On Return About Time

Atc Time

Well after along break and sat being inky i have finally found a wee bit mojo .So fingers crossed it's on it's return.I am entering this into this weeks challenge over at

Craftbarn:Beeswax

This is the first time ive used bees wax in bottle tops thanks to craftbarn i had ago.

I have used arange of distress inks and alcohol inks in Broken China,Stonewashed,Aqua,Pine needles ,and wild honey.Sploshed sprayed with water and smudged the atc into it inky or what?!lol.

I then stamped 2 stamps background "Friends Stamp"by SU,and Tim holtz stamp in Memento /Black.

I also died the ribbon added we brass birdie .Then got bottle top added beeswax and then the clock charm into it.I think maybe next time i will use wee less beeswax.
Around the edges finished off with Krylon copper leafing pen.

I have been Awol for couple weeks due to Bank holidays ,Family sickness.But i am back Boy have i missed you all.In that time im afraid to say not much crafting has been done.Noe my Mojo seems to be having extended Easter break.Yesterday was the first time id blogged since middle April.....As you can see my desk is like it was in the middle of April sad to say nothing has moved changed or been clean.The only good think i managed to pick up was we went to boot sale only came across by chance and picked up this fab daylight desk lamp brand new in box with bulbs for ......a Bargain Price of £1.00 yes £1.oo .As you imagine it was a bargain to be had at that price and just couldnt pass it by.Im pleased to say that it is up and working beauitfully.I also got another bargain fab pin board which i am going to hang all my creative tags rather than being kept in a draw that was 50p and like new .

So nothing exciting going on this week.

Im hoping mojo will return from it's Easter break soon.

As i have so many birthdays coming up all in June i need to get creating.

Thankyou to those peeps who have sent me RAk's and Pass it on Gifts and Creations i have emailed you all .Will add piccys of my items soon.

Long Time No Post

Good Morning gosh it has been while since i last posted.

Mind lots going on health wise and stress wise!Hope you all had alovely Easter and i know here in the UK the weather has been and still is gorgeous!

Time seems to creep up on you and May already and would you believe i forgot my wedding anniversary yes well not the only one hubby too.It was only when my friend popped a card through the letter box this am i remembered it was today!Gosh fancy forgetting that!

We have all and having this viral tummy bug seems to have swept through the lot of us ,and yes youngest thought she'd got away with it until yesterday!Bless know how she feels been there done that.Hopefully i may get bit more time to craft and post ,although have to say my mojo seems to be on it's Easter Break still.

The creation i have for you today was one i made before Easter for a May tag swap im in.

I thought i would show case and enter it into this months Challenge over at the Artistic Stamper

This month is Lovely Ladies Gorgeous GirlsIused the Tim holtz movers shapers Alterations Tag die .Now this months tag swap is recycle and i cut my tag from the cardboard backing off some Prima Embellishments.
I stamped this beauitful stamp from the set from Crafty Individuals.I then coloured using copics.Added a wee birdie which are beautiful wooden embellishments with gorgeous printed material on.I also added some glitter stickles to make like a frame around and added tiny purple /red gems stones which dont show to well in picture.Looks like bobbles.The sentiment is also from the same stamp set inked with black vintage ink from Stampin up.The beauitful glazed roses were a gift in a swap i received the middle embellishment of gems is from Prima.The fibers used from my craft stash.

Sunday Stampers Dream/Love

Good Morning hope your all enjoying this lovely weather. I havent posted for a while just life and kiddo's school hols tend to get in the way. I have today for you a tag ive made for the Special Sunday Stampers Challenge....All you need is love....150th Challenge and Hels 1000th post...So she has some fab candy on offer to help her celebrate. Hels would like to see your favourite products, techniques and designers on your entry this week... as well as adding in a lurve theme too thats only if you want to! I am also entering this into Simon Says Stamp and Show..Stamp and also show Lord Tim Holtz Technique..So i went for Tims' tags and techniques on my tag. I have used the lovely Tim Holtz Tag die cut out in card. I have used the new stains wild honey. Aslo used distress inks Dried marigold and spiced marmalade to blend. I have stamped in SU Charcaol distress inks , the verse from Tim Holtz collection.As well as the image i call Charlie Chaplin.Added black embossing powder heated with my gun. I then had apiece of fancy acetate that i stamped with prima border .Added wee red dots of red sticklers everynow and again.Then did the Tim holtz technique fixed that onto my tag with aged vintage brads that where hammered,and sanded.Cut out some flowers in thin tan foam distressed the edges antique linen,and added lovely prima glass bird bead.Fixed a wee silver charm spelling "Love".The ticket i distressed that with antique linen until i got the colour i required added that to the tag. Mixed Fibers and Ribbon to finish Here's a closer lok at the flower and ticket charm

Time,Time And More Time

Good morning where has this lovely weather gone?Hope that wasnt our summer that just flashed before our eyes..lolTime will tell which brings me onto todays creation.

"Time"

I have used various techniques for this card and just few T/Holtz bits.Whihc are the backing papers .I have used tiles and distressed inked them and then added T/Holtz papers again and cut the alphabet letters onto the distressed tiles.I then die cut the SU top Bote die and distressed that using Airondack Alcohol inks in Stonewashed,caramel.Latte,sandal and silver mixative until i got the desired colur i wanted. I then stamped the clock face from Tim Holtz stampset in clear distress ink and used SU embossing gold Powder and heated to get this beautiful gold effect. I then added various charms from my stash a clock face hanging also small grandfather clock from the tiles.In the middle added clock metal face and ontop raised class fragment i had just the right size stuck that on.The Brad in the bottom flower is from studio 45.The top flower has an altered earring bout in claires sale ,recycled to use as a brad.The flowers are prima ive distressed with antique linen .The ribbon was from my stash. This was based on the sketch over at Sugar Creek Challenge but missed the dead line. Time wasn't on my side Here's a close up of the clock face

Sunday Stampers Feeling Blue

Gosh second post for me today i am doing well ...lol.Hope your all well and enjoying this lovely Sunshine we are having in the uk!Especially with the Kiddo's on half term does help if the weather stays fine.Well i have found a wee bit of time to craft mainly if the girls are out!

Today i have for you a Tag Called "So Tweet" This is for the lovely Challenge Hels runs over at the "Sunday Stamper" this week the theme is: "Blue" Well i think ive incorporated the theme as well as some stamping. I have used dies from Tim Holtz the lovely Tag die and also the New Release Rosette Die whihc i have to say prefer to the bigger one!Maybe thats because it's relatively new nad i won it in some candy..lol I have also used the beautiful Ranger Distress Stains Wow i am just in loveeee with these and so pleased i bought these when the set was on offer!Yes i have all 12 .But on this creation i have used only 3,these being Broken China,faded Jeans and Weathered wood. I stained the tag then i stamped the image "Bella Tolle" beautiful stamp from stampin up.I used the stains to stamp with .These are so versitile as you can control how much you want and flow by the wee sponge top.I then stamped Tim Holtz stamp From one of his latest collections down the side in Stampin up distress ink "Tea Stain"which i also have fallen in loveeee with! I then used another T/H die the birdcage and have used my copper leaf Krylon pen to colour it. I have added a wee pearl charm i made to the top and used some blue co-ordinating firbers too.The Flower is from the T/Holts die and using his new stack papers crowdid attic.The sentiment is recycled from a gift i received but i have added punch and stained that with the distress stains too.I positioned the birdie so it looks like he's half in and out of the cage ..if you get me drift!Distressed the edges with T/Holtz tool slightly then inked with Tea stain. To finish off i have added a seal to the center of the flower. I am slos going to enter this into Simon Says Stamp & Show . This weeks theme is "Distressing"
