Sorry to hear about you dad, hope he is on the mend, clots on the lung are not good, hubby had clots in his leg and that was bad enough,

Poor old pa, hope he gets better soon. I understand your worry as my brother has just been diagnosed with a dvt in his leg.. :(
Newcastle eh, do you come from there?? I lived in Jesmond, then Wylam for 13 years!! Love Newcastle as a city, so vibrant and lively.
Don't worry about not emailing, really not a problem.
Hugs, LLJ xx

Don't worry about comments gal - you've enough on your plate. Hope your Dad is recovering...my sweet MiL suffered the same, the day after surgery; she's fit and well now a year on - but the year was filled with monitors and blood pressure adjustments...worth it though!!!!

Hello Jude, so sorry to hear about your father - hope he makes a speedy recovery. You're probably right and it is the aftermath of his knee op. With so much to concern you I really don't think any of us would expect you to get round and comment today ... this week even ... you have enough on your plate. Many, many thanks for choosing me as the winner of your candy ... I can't believe my luck - it's lovely and I so appreciate it. I will email you separately with my details. Take care and hope your week improves. Elizabeth x #59

Congratulations to Elizabeth. I hope your father soon recovers and that you can get some sensible answers form the hospital. You have to be polite but VERY firm with the doctors to get answers. Make an appointment to see the senior doctor, and take a list of questions. don't be fobbed off by jargon. Good luck, we are thinking of you.

Congrats to Elizabeth - a lovely lady who so deserves to win.
Sorry to hear about your dad, keep us informed as to how he goes on. I know only too well about these things.
Not doing much as I have a lousy cold and a workshop and AGM on Saturday which I must attend. Will be in touch.
Hugs
