Dt post for It's Crafting Time
My Dt project this week i have created a Steampunk creation.I have used Wendy Vecchi's art Parts made into a small frame.I distressed the parts with Antique Linen.I have used old Paper from a Dictionary to cover the centre and also distressed that. The image used is from Denzinaworld where images are Free/ Or Small Donation.I have added glossy accents to his hat to give depth and 3d look.Stamped out the clock background using a free stamp from a magazine in Archival /black,then distressed the edges with Antique Linen,Covered with a clock charm from my stash.I have added Computer generated sentiment"Time Waits For No Man"
Which is distressed with antique linen also. The metal Filigree corners are from the Funkie Junkie shop.Tim Holtz ideology clasp and chain and sprogats. The large key also is from my own stash. The letters are peel offs which were silver, but i have altered with
with copper Alcohol inks.
I am also entering this into Simon Says Stamp and Show This weeks theme is
