Sunday Stampers Dream/Love

Good Morning hope your all enjoying this lovely weather. I havent posted for a while just life and kiddo's school hols tend to get in the way. I have today for you a tag ive made for the Special Sunday Stampers Challenge....All you need is love....150th Challenge and Hels 1000th post...So she has some fab candy on offer to help her celebrate. Hels would like to see your favourite products, techniques and designers on your entry this week... as well as adding in a lurve theme too thats only if you want to! I am also entering this into Simon Says Stamp and Show..Stamp and also show Lord Tim Holtz Technique..So i went for Tims' tags and techniques on my tag. I have used the lovely Tim Holtz Tag die cut out in card. I have used the new stains wild honey. Aslo used distress inks Dried marigold and spiced marmalade to blend. I have stamped in SU Charcaol distress inks , the verse from Tim Holtz collection.As well as the image i call Charlie Chaplin.Added black embossing powder heated with my gun. I then had apiece of fancy acetate that i stamped with prima border .Added wee red dots of red sticklers everynow and again.Then did the Tim holtz technique fixed that onto my tag with aged vintage brads that where hammered,and sanded.Cut out some flowers in thin tan foam distressed the edges antique linen,and added lovely prima glass bird bead.Fixed a wee silver charm spelling "Love".The ticket i distressed that with antique linen until i got the colour i required added that to the tag. Mixed Fibers and Ribbon to finish Here's a closer lok at the flower and ticket charm

Time,Time And More Time

Good morning where has this lovely weather gone?Hope that wasnt our summer that just flashed before our eyes..lolTime will tell which brings me onto todays creation.

"Time"

I have used various techniques for this card and just few T/Holtz bits.Whihc are the backing papers .I have used tiles and distressed inked them and then added T/Holtz papers again and cut the alphabet letters onto the distressed tiles.I then die cut the SU top Bote die and distressed that using Airondack Alcohol inks in Stonewashed,caramel.Latte,sandal and silver mixative until i got the desired colur i wanted. I then stamped the clock face from Tim Holtz stampset in clear distress ink and used SU embossing gold Powder and heated to get this beautiful gold effect. I then added various charms from my stash a clock face hanging also small grandfather clock from the tiles.In the middle added clock metal face and ontop raised class fragment i had just the right size stuck that on.The Brad in the bottom flower is from studio 45.The top flower has an altered earring bout in claires sale ,recycled to use as a brad.The flowers are prima ive distressed with antique linen .The ribbon was from my stash. This was based on the sketch over at Sugar Creek Challenge but missed the dead line. Time wasn't on my side Here's a close up of the clock face

Sunday Stampers Feeling Blue

Gosh second post for me today i am doing well ...lol.Hope your all well and enjoying this lovely Sunshine we are having in the uk!Especially with the Kiddo's on half term does help if the weather stays fine.Well i have found a wee bit of time to craft mainly if the girls are out!

Today i have for you a Tag Called "So Tweet" This is for the lovely Challenge Hels runs over at the "Sunday Stamper" this week the theme is: "Blue" Well i think ive incorporated the theme as well as some stamping. I have used dies from Tim Holtz the lovely Tag die and also the New Release Rosette Die whihc i have to say prefer to the bigger one!Maybe thats because it's relatively new nad i won it in some candy..lol I have also used the beautiful Ranger Distress Stains Wow i am just in loveeee with these and so pleased i bought these when the set was on offer!Yes i have all 12 .But on this creation i have used only 3,these being Broken China,faded Jeans and Weathered wood. I stained the tag then i stamped the image "Bella Tolle" beautiful stamp from stampin up.I used the stains to stamp with .These are so versitile as you can control how much you want and flow by the wee sponge top.I then stamped Tim Holtz stamp From one of his latest collections down the side in Stampin up distress ink "Tea Stain"which i also have fallen in loveeee with! I then used another T/H die the birdcage and have used my copper leaf Krylon pen to colour it. I have added a wee pearl charm i made to the top and used some blue co-ordinating firbers too.The Flower is from the T/Holts die and using his new stack papers crowdid attic.The sentiment is recycled from a gift i received but i have added punch and stained that with the distress stains too.I positioned the birdie so it looks like he's half in and out of the cage ..if you get me drift!Distressed the edges with T/Holtz tool slightly then inked with Tea stain. To finish off i have added a seal to the center of the flower. I am slos going to enter this into Simon Says Stamp & Show . This weeks theme is "Distressing"

WOYWW........97...Creative Mess

Good Morning Woywwers yes it's Wednesday already school hols in full swing But so is the lovely hot weather.We have had lovely sunny hot days since last Tuesday so we have been lucky got all my seeds i needed to put in the veggie patch done and dusted.So i can now concentrate on some essential over due crafting including DT work.Now if your wondering what this WOYWW is all about well .It's a whole bunch crafters around the world snooping at each others craft desk.Thanks to Julia the boss it is now a ritual of Wednesdays .So if you wanna find out more and join in then pop over to her blog "The Stamping Ground" First of all the desk above shows a frame which i have altered as was plain cork .I have made it look as though the piccy is 3d sort of in box frame .The piccy you ask is the beautiful ATC i won a couple of weeks ago from the lovely talented Hels . The Frame is not finished yet but the ATC was absolutely stunning and thought i couldnt just put in my ATC folder and forget so thats whats happening with that one. Also i have on my desk some die cuts yes been playing with MR V(vagabond)and the dies that i won from the craft barn,as well as others i already have of course. At the back you will see the lovely bottles 3 infact of the lovely new Distress Stains.I have to admit i have the whole set and they are just to die for with their wee little sponge top.So you can control the flow.I have used them on the piece of work you can sort see on my desk .Which when completed later today will be my creation for the "Sunday Stampers Challenge" .This week is something Blue. In the above piccy is a basket(again 20p find in charity shop) that is full of creations im working on." altered Books which open up.Then afraid to say the altered matchbox which hasnt got any further than last week .Except gone from rt hand side of desk to the left in a basket .Also a green frame which i picked up at charity shop for 20p which im alterning sanded down and painted thats about it thats the green you can see popping through. Here you can see the tag that needs finsihing today drying from last night and also i covered a beer mat/coaster in the distress stains too which will end up being something.Also see the small rosette die cut awaitng to be shaped for the tag.The stamp at the back is creativity by Tim Holtz. Now theres a story well i had already made my WOYWW anniversary gift to pass on and on Monday decieded id do something else .So now i have 2 completed creations and i love the second one best so think some lucky person will receive that one the other i shall keep as a reminder.Also if you want to know more about making a special creation and passing it on again go to Julia's blog and read all about it.So that stamp was left on my desk from that project. Hoping to get round you all this week think i managed most last week bar a few. Well have fab week enjoy the weather whilst it lasts never know this may be our UK Summer..lol!!! Love n hugs

DT Card Challenge 57 Creative Inspirations ...Easter

Good morning im so late this morning uploading then blogger starts to play up!Sods law!

This is my DT Creation i have chosen the gorgeous one of my all time Magnolia stamps with Tilda popping out an egg.I have coloured with copics,black memento.

The flowers hand made using various die cuts ive added lilac glitter brads to the centre.To bring out the glitter and bling of the flowers.Ive used the SU top note dies which is one i love and happy to say all those who enquired about it as i got mine this time last year from usa.

But Stamp in up have released it here in the uk.Im sure Steph would be happy to help go to her blog and you cand email /contact her from there .

The we chicks were made by my daugher out of felt flocking ans awee small punch.The papers are the lovely

WOYWW 96......Tags,Tags Matchboxes

Good Morning Woywwers ...WOW Wednesday here again gosh has gone fast.mind this lovely weather weve had made it last week looks like us in the south heading for a hotty today too.

Well time to snop and well yes i have got some bits on my desk this week.Mojo not fully back to normality as yet but have april tag swap to get sorted .So if youd like to join in with this noisey around every body's craft desk,get inspired see what theyve been doing this past week not just sunbathing...lol .Then pop over to Julia's blog the boss here at the Stamping Ground and join in! These nest piccy's are of my desk this morning and has been left yesterday the same way as didnt get anything done crafty wise since weekend.There's a few completed tags at the top rt handside.Oh and of course me baby wipes that were on offer buy 1 get 2 free so sortrd for a while now...lolThis piccy i have 2 altered match boxes on the go for swaps whihc need to be completed by the 12th.A tag which will be uploaded today with Tim holtz stamps always reminds me of Charlie Chaplain theat image.Few dominos altered and awaitng crackle paint to dry whihc must have since sunday so ready fro inking and creating .

Sunday Stampers And Simon Says Stamp And Show...Tag

Good morning gosh gonna be a hottie day here in norfolk me thinks it's warm already and only 6am ,i have my patio door open .....spring is in the air! Today i have for you a lovely Tag called "Imagine"I have used T/holtz tag die and have distresses it using Wild Honey ,Rusty Hinge,spiced Marmalade,dried marigold.Gone round the edges with barn doorthen right on the edges have used Krylon goldleafing pen.I have stamped the image with black ink.The image is Tim Holtz small ATC images from components collection.Then i have used distress clear embossing ink.Then added Gold embossing powder from SU.To the Tim Holtz Sentiment.Added wooden white bird cage and an owl charm to where the stamped cage is.I have then added gold to the leaf at the top to give some sparkle ,bling and shine.added beauitful nugget from Prima in the middle of my small brown die cut felt flower. Finished off with orange/yellow fibers. Half Term Candy

" Half Term Candy"

Good Morning Thank god it's friday,and the girls broke up for half term last night.So i expect other crafting mother's children have to.Well after yesterday at the hospital what an experience that was!Hand my die injected and as they inject into the hand they take photos of the die going through my rt eye the one ive lost all sight from.After having that done they did warn me i would be seeing Pink.....OMG pink pink everything it's fun actually seeing all these men male doctors pink clothes faces hair everything was pink from head to toe.I even said to sophie and my friend Karen who came with me they looked good in Pink...lol

Anyway i should have gone back in 6 weeks to have opd and get results.But when they had given me cuppa coffee took needle out apparently showed dr the results i now have to return a week thursday they have brought my indepth brain scan forward to 2nd march(week wednesday).

So i have made my mind up that im going up to dad's for the week from sat to sat with the girls ive informed the gp re sophie and given all my phone numbers she could do with a break also.Plus i am suspecting they have found something or else they wouldnt bring everything forward.So i need to go and see dad just incase they take me in.It will be nice break and i get to see my good friend June who runs Dezina World .

A shopping trip is on the cards...
Anyway so couldnt go away without leaving you something.All my lovely followers so i have some lovely candy for you.......no calorie candy at that..lol

WOYWW....95.....Not my Mojo thats for sure

Good morning Gosh where does the time go?Nearly into April and not yet started my Easter creations.Thats because my mojo isnt back to it's self if at all...lol.So if you fancy snooping around at eveyone elses desks see what there mojo has been upto .then pop along to the boss and visit her and join in over at the Stamping Ground .

Well i did my best getting round most of you last week wether through comments as mr linky went AWOL for while so may have commented twice on a couple.Thanks for all the kind messages.

Well since last week nothing much happened in the craftroom mojo hasnt returned to me .I did create the front cover for my CJ Circle Journal......to those who dont know this is a journal you do a two page spread ours was a 6x6 album. Once youve done your 2 pages you have time scale .You then post on to next person i think there were 8 people in our group and 7months down the line you get it back.Well after the big clear out i had i found it coverless since i had it returned in 2008.So i have messed about abit each day doing the front cover took me 5days!!!usually have stack stuff done in that time but hey hoe im sure it will return when it's ready.Doesnt help when ive lost use my left arm!

So first of all im going to show you my CJ cover if you want to see more it's Here

Now this is my messy desk this wednesday morning.

I have various things out im trying anything and everything to get my mojo back.

I have 3 tags to make for April swap so had ago at those yesterday gave up went away will return this morning to see how i get on.

On the left of the above piccy is my otherside of my desk again some T/Holtz stamps out .

Distress inks ,card i inked sometime ago.Plus an image ready to do something with. This piccy isto the right of my desk yes the push everything to the rightside .Here we have some wee books im altering well started before my mojo went,altered match box needs finishing. A frame ready to gesso if i cant do anything else i can always cover that! So not much going on a variety of stuff to try and get my mojo working.I have even tried colouring images in as sometimes that works...nope. I think with the pain and heaviness in my left arm ,i just find it hard to do much and there fore mojo gone!Still i may get inspired when i pop by and visit you all this morning and it may just return....fingers crossed.
