WOYWW...137

Good Morning and welcome to another woyww yep....Wednesday again and boy are these weeks going fast.since christmas time just seems to be flying by!So if you wanna join in with the weekly Ritual of the tour of craftyness to see what everyone's been upto and of course the state theyve left their desks pop on by Julia's blog.

Before we get onto my desk which isnt that inviting today i will update you on my Eldest daughter. As you know has not been well now since Dec27th.Well she's still not well im afraid to say took her back to drs for check up on Monday and now this infection has now spread from originally in her bowel ,then kidney now into her muscles. So it's not good ive got to take her on friday morning to have another blood screen. As this infection if it has gone into her bloodstream may end up in Hospital. In the mean time she's on another anti-biotic a stronger one.(If this dont work i think they will take her in for IV antibiotics)So just waiting game as she wastes away she's lost so much weight as few weeks now since this happened .Thankyou for all the lovely messages ,cards people have sent i and Sophie do appreciate them very much!

Now onto my desk the top piccy shows centre of my desk i have got round to playing with my Studio940 art parts ,Not got too far as yet as ive completed my stamp folder and altered gravy pot i know alot of you wanted to see. They are coming up.Some flowers i got as birthday present that arrived yesterday, also yesterday got another B'day prezzies which is a fantastic Tim Holtz conficurations tray ...ohh my expression when i opened it must have been of excitment ,as Sophie turned and said omg not another Tim Holtz thingy!!!how many do you need...lol.

This above piccy is the pile of bits stacked ready to use on this next project .Printed sheets of some Steampunk images.few clock parts and my 2 altered books sadly to say have not got any further than last weeks peek.
Now below is a file i have made from recycle cardbaord and made into a stamping folder to hold more of my stamps .More piccys and deets HERE

The below piccy is my Gravy pot now altered more piccies and details are HERE. As i know that few of you were interested to see how it turned out.

Well thats all have a great Wednesday and Creative week ahead .Hopefully we have seen the back of this cold spell although stil wishing it would snow!(Im about the only one who does want it to snow..lol)Take care sorry if i didnt make it round you all will try better this week hopefully more time today.Girls who one my Candy will try get to post office next few days..

Sorry to hear that your daughter has gotten worse. Hopefully this new antibiotic will do the trick - on the intravenous ones. Bless her little heart.

Your folder and gravy pot look amazing. Very nice, indeed.

It's only Tuesday evening where I'm at so I'm getting a jump on visiting blogs.

Hugs to you and yours,

Your daughter's condition sounds serious. I will include her in my thoughts for a speedy recovery or at least that the Drs find out what is wrong.

I am in love with those steampunk images. Ironic how much I like them, yet I've never made a real steampunk anything!

Every time I visit your blog I hope to hear that your daughter is on the upward curve - must be very worrying for both of you. Hope this last round of antibiotics zaps the bugs, once that's done I'm sure she will bounce back.
Don't even think about the Post Office, it doesn't matter and you have much more important things on your mind.

Can't believe they way they're still messing about not treating poor Sophie properly, you must be worried sick about her. I really hope either the new antibiotics work or they get her in hospital and get it sorted properly. Love the gravy tub, turned out so brill and well done on scoring the Printers Tray! Actually, tell Sophie if she doesn't get better you're going to put her to work in the craft room! Keep your chin up.

How many Tim Holtz thingys do you need???? Why, ALL OF THEM, of course. Silly Sophie. I hope she's on the mend soon. It sounds like what she has is quite serious. I had an anti-biotic resistant strain of strep throat as a young adult. It was months of feeling poorly and course after course of medications, so I really, really feel for her. Happy playing!

Oh bless her - poor little Sophie - lets hope the antibiotics kick in quickly - if not, then keep pestering the docs! Thinking of you all. x Jo
