Whats on your Work Desk...WOYWW

Good Morning where does the time go Wednesday already....so that means another WOYWW,in other words a chance to snoop at all crafters desks and see what they are up to.Well if your none the wiser pop over to see Julia the boss !here.Been very cold frosty -5 this morning here in Weeting Norfolk.....OMG ..it's Parky.

Now before we get onto my desk i have big favour to ask all you WOYWW crafters/snoopers whatever youd like to be called...lol.As some of you will know my daughter was serverely bullied this year where it ended up us taking her out of school on medical advice from Gp.Thankfully we removed her from that school with the help of our MP.Now loves her new school im so happy as ive got my daughters back smiling,and happy.Regaining there self control.Anyway my eldest Sophie 13 got head hunted for modeling and tv work.She has no been choosen to go into the 3rd round of Teen queen.To get to the finals she has to be in top 2 .She need as many votes as Possible voting started last night ends 30th November.By text Vote if you would like to see more photos and maybe vote by text whihc i thankyou from the bottom of my heart .Then please go to post below here;http://crafts-international.blogspot.com/2010/11/heres-my-news-please-help-if-you-can.html

Now thats over WOYWW well sorry girls messy again today I have been very busy ...lol crafting for christmas .Below is a piccy of some tags ive been creating for a swap.Images i coloured late last night.Also a card that needs finishing touches .But i am awaitng some craft items that i bought on 4th November .Dont you just love it when you go to a craft website see your products there???put em in your basket and it lets you as they are in stock.To find out why after 7 days no craft package arrived ,so emails to ask when i am likely to receive.Reply comes back oh 2 of the items are OutStock...arrrgghhhhh...They werent when i ordered them!!!..Is it just me that hates this if there outta stock why not say that on the Website ?Why give us crafters hope that we will receive soon.....this pees me off big time!is it just me this happens to?I know times are hard but why advertise in STOCK when there not!Ok Moan over for this morning...fuming as just read email ...that would explain why my order hasnt arrived!


Oh now in this piccy i have been a making cd covers to the right of the piccy .Nice crimbo teddies on.Also a recycled cappoccino container waiting to be finished off as too late last night.So will get that finished today,also decorate my 2nd cd cover whihc is just white at present.

It must be Recycle week this week this used to be box with no draws so i have made the draws .I have got it covered now ave to add some decoration .And cover inside the boxes .What is it going to be?Well it is going to be advent box i have wee gifts wrapped up for us all my 2 daughters .O/h and MWAH..As youngest daughter doesnt eat chocolate so this year wed be different.Today have to decorate add some handles and then pop presents in each one .So they have 1-24 wee presents in there draw.I am now just stuck with what to put on the top to decorate so any ideas gratefully received?

This well this is piccy of the mess i left last night ,have moved box so you could see what was in the way.
So today i have only 4 projects that need finishing whihc is good for me....lol

So have a happy Wednesday thanks in advance to anyone who supports my daughter truly grateful it's just so nice to have her back smiling througout everything shes been through this year!

Here's My News ....Please Help If You Can

Well here's my news im bursting like a bubble but couldnt tell you all until we had the news ourselves.You all know what a year we have had the girls being bullied at school ,long battle and how both ended up with sick notes signed off sick with mental exhaustion due to the bullying.Well they moved schools in September and i now have my daughters back ...there happy and smiling and love school!

Well my elder Sophie who is only 13yrs very tall for her age had the brunt of the bullying had no self confidence at all.Well few weeks ago she was head hunted by teen model agency.It was the best thing she has done her self confidence has climbed 100%.Due to this hasd entered a beauty teen Princess Padgent and had photo shoot in London and i must be the proudest mum going as she has now got into the next round .This is where im asking for your help .For her to get into final she has to win by votes.Please dont feel you have to but 1 text message thats all thats needed and thankyou from the bottom of myheart if you do.

I just had to tell you after so much bullying and me with my health about time we had some news to smile about.Theres some piccys below and details ....from a proud mum!!!!

Good Morning on this lovely Monday Morning.Hope you all had a good weekend ?

Finished your crimbo shopping yet??Not long 41 days to go....Thought that would cheer you all up on this monday morning!
Today i have a special card to show you for a very dear friend and his best friend his beloved Westie.I have used the lovely image from Sugar Nellie.Again this image is a fav and so versitile can be used for anumber of cards.Todays is a Christmas card.


I have coloured the image in with copics .All card is from Stampin Up.the design Papers i think from papermania,Ribbon is from my christmas craft stash from last year.The charm is a tree from Bunny Zoe Crafts.The flower is from K&Co ,holly leavbes fromWOCrafts.Brads from Kaiser craft .Have added red stickles to the dogs jacket and also glamour dust crystal as the snow to give the sparkle and shine.
Now the sentiment is beautiful and freebie from Bizzy Becs Blog
please check her blog and store out she has some freebies on offer but has a whole range of goodies in her shop.Thanks hun just love the freebies! I have added distress inks to edges of sentiment in fired brick and also mini red pearls on the holly.The large holly brad is from Dooddlebug.

good Morning and do hope your enjoying your weekend.Getting all that Christmas shopping done.Well it's that time agasin my sister blog Creative Inspirations challenge 47.How the fortnights come so quick !With only 41 days to go till the man in the big red suit comes well this week it was my turn for the theme of the challenge . So it is ......ANYTHING CHRISTMASY /WINTER.

This is the card ive made for the challenge .Yes the lovely Tilda is out again different pose ...coloured with copics .The papers are Magnolia also.Used a lovely white doilie whihc i have coloured the flowers round the edge with copic blue the same as Tilda's dress.The sentiment form a swap i did .The flowers are Prima so is the centre of the flower.Pearls are kaiser Craft and ribbon from last years christmas stock.I have added stickles frosted to head band on tilda and glamour dust Crystal to the card

Summer's Baby Paperbag Album

"Summer's Baby Album"

Good Morning hope your all well and not blown away here in the uk.

This morning i would like to showcase a creation ive been working on for my best friend's daughter.Who had a baby girl earlier this year .I am making this album to pop in with summer's very first christmas Present.
The Album is made out of Brown paperbags /Lunch bags large.I have pressed and sewn down the side for extra protection ,Used my cropodile to make holes across the top,so i can thread the ribbon's through.This Album is going to be opened up from the bottom ribbons along the top for a change.The album once pressed measures 8x8.

I have stuck various baby ribbons along the top of the front page .Altogether there's 12 Pages including front back page ,plus 3 pockets inside .

The designer paper on the front is from Scrapbook village now known as "Simply Crafts"
If im not wrong think it was by Doodlebug.All card is from Stampin up.I have used the stampin up top note to stamp my Tilda image onto.This has been coloured in copics.I choose the image as thought ampt for the front of the album wee baby being hatched /born.Thats what i love about magnolia stamps they are so versitile.

I have added Roses from Wild Orchard Crafts
,along with the white lace.The pink lace is from my craft stash.The pearls are Kaiser craft.
I also punched the pink ferns using the Mcugils punch.

The various Ribbons are from various palces and my crafty stash left over from the last baby album i created.

Ihave added below some more close up photos of the front cover.

Good morning another wet and windy night here that bad we had power cut.So couldnt upload this until this morning.All these creations are entered into

Christmas Cards All Year Round Monthly Challenge

Which is to create 5 cards including Trees and Ribbons these are the last 3 creations for this challenge.I have used the same image in all 3 creations Tilda and tree from 2010 collection as love this image .It's amazing how different one image can look.

This first gift set is made specially for my daughters friend .Ihave used an old cappaccino tin and recycled to hold candy and then can be used as a pen pot/holder for her desk at home.

Winter Wishes

Good morning on this cold Windy wednesday.Well i have surprised myself by using a colour combo i wouldnt have thought would go together.But suprisingly i love it after seeing a card made with the same combo in December Craft Stamper Magazine.so i have to thank them for the inspiration.I have to apologise for the piccys ive just looked at them and theres red piece ribbon on each pphoto .When ive looked it is stuck on my camera lens...ooopppsss so apologies it isn't surpose to be there.
I have used the technique of the card i so admired in the magazine and cut 6 piesce of ribbon to 2" each folded over then stuck together .Lined them up down the side of the card and again stuck ontop of each other .Which have to say i kinda like.

WOYWW.........

Well good morning and welcome to wednesday which means WOYWW if you havent a clue whats going on checkout Julia's blog Here.

Well girls it's been a couple of months since i last did this ..ive missed popping round to visit you all.But ill health prevaled me,but im back now and im afraid to say with one big huge messy desk.......
As you can see from the top piccy christmas is the main attraction on my desk .At the moment im busy with more than 1 creation going on.Why do us crafters do that start one thing then see something oh i try that with out completeing the original....or is this just me...lol?
At the moment you will see some handmade boxes and crackers that just need the finishing touches to and the big mess on the desk.
Plus some crafty goodies i received yesterday more assorted Lace ,Prima sultan blue gems,oh and tim holtz movers and shapers tag & bookplate....which im itching to use as i have 3 tags to make for a swap this week.Also was naughty and ordered some wee bits from Artistic stamper,Quixotic Paperie,crafts u love and sir stampalot....these havent arrived yet :(
Just making up for the couple months i was ill and had withdrawls well nice to treat yourself once in awhile and you all know we crafters cant resist a treat or 2,or 3,or maybe even 4...lol

This is another wee images just finished and waiting to be placed onto a creation what i havent got round to sorting yet.
Anyways hope your all well so missed you all,and popping round to see what you've been up to may take me awhile but i will get there as ive got 2 months to catch up on.
